1. Affordable single player Stabber setups - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
T2 guns on stabber is almost essential for pvp. With barrage you can whittle down opponents and they cant hit you. If anything gets bad mwd away and warp out. Avoid web and you'll be hard to kill unless you run into a good tackling interceptor

Yep system up in venal normally full of triple 1.2+ has been shocking. 24 belts and only 2 triple spawns of 1.25 showed up.
