Further I would like to be able to organize my drones into the drone 'folders' in my dronebay while docked. After fitting a new domi i have to undock and launch drones to unsort them then move them into the folder things. kind of annoying.

if your using zonelabs firewall then thats completely normal, anytime an exe is modified or changed it will reset its trust level. It needs to monitor keystrokes/activities so you can type your password to log in.
