Hmm losing the propaganda war, you must be looking at a different forum then i am, because i'm hardly seeing any hostile entity trying to post anything, well there is one about a merely 6 cap loss by the greater good, but that can't be the propaganda you mean, because it's mostly boosting morale then letting it drop.
