you may have to pay a monthly fee, but what he is obviously referring to is another, less fun, MMORPG called [redacted] that makes you pay $30US when they release a new expansion instead of giving them to you for no more that the monthly rate you already pay.
sounds like something i wouldnt pay to play.
Then stop moaning for a few hours of not being able to play so that they can implement free(maybe the second time around you'll catch the italics) updates.

Each time there is a Patch I come here and read about many people's frustration. It makes me laugh so bad...

The update started and failed, now it's saying to reinstall EVE. I don't mind the downtime but this is real pain in the ass. |

Contributing to epic *****ing thread.
I heard there is a bug that allows you to fit the small rigs to a capital class ship instead of having to buy XL rigs, and that is why there is extended downtime. FYI, so just chill out everyone. |

Knowing this game a little bit, it'll be starting up for the next 5 minutes
and then we'll be able to log in.
