Fast forward to 2009 and they are still having issues with patches. CCP if you are not already doing this, why are you not testing the deployment of the patch on an unpatched copy of the live server?
cause they are proably podding all our character on the live server while we sit here like noobs myself included

hmm, my timezone is central europe GMT+1
so GMT is my time + one hour, so when i have 18:25, GMT should be 17:25 so i think 5 min left

Apocrypha 1.5 Downtime Extended
The downtime for EVE Online: Apocrypha 1.5 has been extended until 17:30 GMT due to database issues during the deployment process.
CCP, next time, can you just write the servers will be down untill late evening so I could go to the pub without thinking that I might miss an op?

No, the forum is GMT.
Britain and some countries are now in daylight saving time. British time = BST (GMT + 1). EVE time now is 17.29. Another hour ladies.

No, London is NOT currently GMT.
If you'd care to look here you will see the current time in GMT and the current time in BST (which the UK is now operating in).

True, but with power saving laws, as for France, you should add another hour to the GMT hour.
ATM it's 18.39 in France [GMT +1, plus 1 hour]

5 years, and you are in so much pain still. you must like running head long into walls at full speed repeatedly as well. Buy a helmet.
