Better Protocol can be thought of for this. Sooo, in your entire life, You've never encountered a problem and said, " Ok, I should be able to fix this in an hour. " And then 4 hours later you still haven't fixed it? They give the best estimates they can I'm sure. And then when they figure out it's not as easy as they first thought, they revise their estimates. I doubt the overlords of CCP purposely give us the wrong estimates so they can sit back and watch the rage. But I would, Kids are entertaining.

Maybe, we can get a 7 day que instead of 24hrs? Remembering to log in for skills is a pita. No reason playing with all the lag.
