There was a reason people suicided there ships when the insurance was about to expire Example: Basic Insurance on a Retriever is about 1.3mil but for the nice low price of 1mil isk you can get an 2mil insurance. Which still expires after 12 weeks. Basically if your ship lasts more then 12 weeks insurance is useless. Buy insurance more then twice and your getting shafted. Only people who are gonna still benefit are PVP's and gankers. Everyone else is screwed. Really good system to encourage people to play EVE CCP. Yesh.

How hard would it have been to inform the user with a "personalized" message like "Hey, there's this small Tyrannis patch so game aint working for a while, sorry". :P There mustve been fans going crazy over the internet for a patch (not myself admitting). I've got a couple of pals who can't stay online for more than a few seconds/minutes before they get disconnected (abruptly, no lag, just totalhelldeath). Any clue why this is happening? It's working fine for others (me). - I'd tell you why but then I'll have to kill you. And to kill you I'd have to log in. And to log in I'd have to stop browsing these forums. Both you and me knows that'll never happen.

Go ahead and remove someone under edit mode for watch list and say goodbye to ya friend you once seen online!!!!!! they get moved to Offline or not visable!!!!

I have read your documents prior to this release and expected some help to begin to understand how to use your new toys. Sadly, the great help I had to start this game with, is not available for this new feature set. I was a player of Megawars and have been looking for a game like this for ages. Just dissapointing that you did not stay consistent and help those out with lesser expierience. Suggestions: 1. I know your significantly player driven for documentation, but you guys can probably afford a tech writer or two. Hire someone to write some instructions. 2. Write a simple tutorial in the style you have for those first starting the game to introduce these new features.

If there's an option to change it to your character's picture, I couldn't find it. Oh, and apparently (according to eve gate) I've been a member of my alliance longer than I've been a member of my corp. 3 months and 17 days vs only 3 months in the corp. Not a big deal but meh. But I digress. This one time at fat camp, i was flying a dominix, and then I was so hungry that i ate 3 planets and collapsed into a black hole, which ate my sig.

They were slightly pathetic before hehe Furthermore, I do apologize for the trolls on here complaining that the "real" patch isn't until june 8th when command centers are seeded, as they are obviously ungrateful to all of your had work and the fact that we get it for FREE (mostly). I, on the other hand, am quite glad that the seeding is delayed, so i don't feel pressured to put a substandard command center on a planet, as i watched the tutorial on PI and read just about everything there is to read, but do not know if they are upgradable or not. I should be more than halfway done training CCupgrades 5 by the time they're seeded ntm back from my trip!! Overall, thanks for an every-progressing game, and a massive step towards the Dust 514 integration that i am SOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to!!

I only ever wanted to see "no insurance payout" for suicide ganks, just to raise the bar a little. End of the day there will always be idiots who move expensive **** in the wrong ship with no escort - please don't EVER support fixing that - suiciders have a duty to kill these people. I do agree this is not the most revolutionary patch ever (except in its capacity to make the game more unplayable when the new stuff hits) CCP will know when they have screwed the game up. Its called the law of diminishing returns. I just pray they stop banging on about how they love the pew pew and how anything else is failsauce. But, in the spirit of keeping an open mind, I won't say anything else until (if) I can try the expansion. its costs 15 mil to insure a tier 1 bs that pays out less than it costs to buy a bc after you deduct the insurence cost. t2 insurence is even worse than it used to be 617k to insure a nemesis worth 25 mil and a payout of just 2 mil. Sorry guys, but underwhelming is an overstatement when describing Tyrannis. One piece of constructive criticism, the Sun looks cool in respect to the flame graphics, but the opaque or clear border that surrounds it, and doesn't move, makes it look like a cut out. Remove that and I think the sun could look cool. Scorpion looks awesome. Besides that, not much new.
