Hi there, Looking forward to joining ( hopefully), Just wondering really, I sent of my app last week, Tuesday I think, and haven't heard anything yet. Did I miss something, have I forgotten something, or are you just backed up?

Hi Dowcipnis, this is a common problem m8.
When you fill in the application you have to fill in all the boxes. If it doesn't applie to you jusy put n/a in box or even a / will do it.
Hope that gets the ball rolling for you.

Hello Mad,
I'll drop you a convo in Eve tonight and see if I can reassure you :)
Failing that Deor is head of our manufacturing side and would be a good person to talk to. We always have space (ho, ho ho) for a good builder.

Hi Yatar,
sorry mate. Central to the UKC ethos is that we all live somewhere in the UK. Its a good way to ensure we remain as close knit as we are. Besides which Nik would have to change the corp name!
I sincerely hope you find a great corp to call home. There are plenty out there.

Just a downtime bump.
Seriously guys, if you want to be involved with a corp with a strong leadership, with a definate vision of what the future holds for the corp and its members, then this is the place for you.
There must be at least 10,000 active UK players in Eve, so where are you all!!??
There's no reason to be anywhere else, period.

Edited by: nikek notlad on 15/10/2005 10:57:25 The UKC continues to develop and has now re-located out of Empire space. If you are based in the UK and want some action - there's no better place to be. We have an academy for newer recruits where you will benefit from a 'starter pack' and basic training. Never a dull moment.

Damn, these recruitment forums are a lot more active than they used to be.
Doesnt take long to stray off the first page.
But all it takes is a gentle bump, and bam your there.

You know you want to, so put that application in. |

Check out the UKC website for further information.

This was posted a couple weeks ago:
Quote: 2 months ago I barely knew how to safespot, and the most dangerous thing I did was level 2 missions.
This weekend I participated in ops with some of the best PvPers in the game, saw a Dreadnaught in action, escorted 3 Freighters over a total of 40+ jumps, got several kills in my shiny new Interceptor, and helped scout for a 70man fleet.
Join the UKC, and see the world!
Most fun I've ever had in Eve, hope it continues
Naturally that was a rather exceptional weekend, but it does go to show that this corp is going places.
If you're in the UK, are a dedicated player who wants to help build something great, and are into teamwork and co-operation then I recommend this corp.

I've had a brilliant 6 months flying with these guys and would recommend them to anyone in the UK.
Oh and before you all ask, I've left for personnal reasons and not because there's a problem with the corp, I WILL be returning to this corp when I can. Oderint Dum Metuant |
