Ive played alot! of mmo's and never have i seen a company get it this right before.
You guys should be proud of yourselves for leading the market in customer service

Obviously you have just started playing Eve and/or have no concept of the world outside where you live.....
UTC is the same as GMT, and that is 5 hours ahead of EST

Actually, its 5 hours ahead of CENTRAL time, so its 4 hours ahead of EASTERN... if I am not mistaken.

Being an IT person for many years, this is fantastic communication! Users get frustrated when they dont know what is going on. Even when you try to build in time for issues, something usually comes up. Fantastic job CCP!

I can't even imagine some of the requests these folks have to put up with, so when I put in what I feel is a reasonable request and get anything but a glorious, bowing-down response I tend to assume they just got off with some school kid emo-raging that he just lost his Loki to someone that outsmarted him.
All I have to say about CCP is: I have no idea how you guys do it, but keep up the great work!
