Based on the overwhelming response people in and out of forums have about these issues, I'm pretty sure that many if not most of the quiet majority is behind you guys on this.
CCP, you digging that hole deeper and deeper and eventually you won't be able to get out.

The problem with customizability, however, is the amount of time and resources needed to produce unique items and variations. Bear in mind that our HQ is a renovated fish processing plant, not the Wonka factory, and we're fresh out of Oompa Loompas to build these incredible things. So we're left with the question of how to give you the customizability and uniqueness you want without simply raising the subscription rate. - CCP Zulu Give me monocles? Why?
Simply explain the limits of the system and don't waste developer time on them. It might look purty, but if it doesn't enhance game mechanics and playability...it's a waste of developer time and our money. Straight answers not condescending twaddle is needed from CCP on this issue of MT.

+2 Great write up. Little drama and well said! Really appreciate the work that went into this thread and really does generally sum up how I feel. Please consider this thread CCP. We do love your game but what you're doing it and to us isn't acceptable.

In the "real" world of commerce and industry, it has a heck of an effect, and this is commerce, is it not? It has to do with "visible status" and "branding". If the brand becomes tainted, through whatever, then that will stick. It's a lot more difficult to regain brand image once you've lost it.
I would suggest that things are, at the moment, recoverable. If things continue as some of the senior figures in CCP seem to want (assuming leaks are genuine), then a point is not to far in the future when the CCP brand will be so tainted that it will stick to whatever they try and do. It will become what they are always remembered for.

i would like to just say that if ccp baned 1 player for 1 insult in a thread, this only shows that they are the racists, cause in some of my acounts i have complained about insults and they have done nothing, are they giving us a message that their good name is better than our names?(our honor is less valuable to be ofended than theirs?)
if so their own response to one of their fictition petition about an insult in a forum is faster than one of my custumer suport petitions. and by doing so they have created a situation were i am no longer gona sustain this game.
i pay 2 acounts with real money wich means each month around 40 euros, in a year 480 euros, wich means i hope they have what they deserve for making ppl like me that dont insult, that always try to have fun in a game, that pay with real money, feeling like beeing joked by a corporation.
(i¦m going to check my biling by them if i find any abuse i will see if they find a law suit something jokable also) since i fulfill my part wich is paying lets see if they fullfill theirs properly.

Besides the order they are in, which varies I'm sure for all of us (Micro-transactions are the number one for me), you've hit them all, and I give you a bump. I just wish someone at CCP would at least show they understand these to be the issues.
I actually like Incarna, the station walking (though it should be optional), and the turrets. I was briefly willing to accept Micro transactions as cosmetic only, even though the prices are insulting. But now that I've seen the newsletter and the email, and the dev blog, I've come to the conclusion that any microtransactions are just an open door for bull-****.
So now I say: NO MICRO-TRANSACTIONS, NO CURRENCY ASIDE FROM ISK (NO AURUM).

I aggree with Issue 1: Removal of the "Hangar View"
I do not like the look and feel of it.
My computer does not like it (it is too heavy on the gpu and cpu)(it is a new computer).
my client now takes 30 to 40% more RAM then before.
And finaly,
I now can't log off with my characters inside the station, they are always outside.
Please fix this ASAP!!!

i dont subscribe insults.
i do subscribe is my suport for the complains about incomplete add ons to this game, to complains that say that eve suport doesnt listen to players that realy have consctructive views of the game, and to the obvious backfire when ccp turned for example dust to a playstation only game, i¦m i going to be forced to buy one to play dust?, that day that happens i will start my quit all ccp games.
as i have made all my life, all ppl that treats me well i compensate them as i can, in business they have a life customer, the others i boicot theyr products as well as i can(always stating why of course).

I would just like to add how i feel about the whole thing.
Them emails really get to me. Especially the "lets not listen to subs lets see what they do instead" crap that they said. You sir, are a moron. You subs, pay your wages. Some of them are your friends. And you make a laugh and a joke about them as if your some better person.
Better than Real life? I think someone needs to find a special friend..

Oh boy here we go.
Ok heres my MAIN issues with the game:
- Low sec isnt rewarding enough, even tho its argueably the most risky.
- Faction war forced low sec to fight blob warfare. There were blobs before then but nowadays its nothing BUT blobs.
- ECM is broken, its counter doesnt actualy counter it. It completely shuts down small gang PvP.
- Have baked **** like PI and Incarna shouldnt be released.
- Half assed attituide from CCP not listening the players. I still remember the "18 months and we will look at it" regarding low sec. I could be ****ing dead in 18 months, fix the **** we pay to play not the **** we dont even want (eg: Dust)
Other secondary issues that arent stopping me play the game, but I would like looked at:
- Super long GCC timers
- Huge disadvantage of being an outlaw
- Insurance
- Current loot system (destroyed modules)
- EDIT: oh and the AUR prices are ******
Theres probably more but I cant think of anymore right now.

after careful consideration i am searching other mmo¦s, 1st i¦ve encountered sayd (we dont suport and are baning bots to keep the game fair), just this says how they see this game, lets see if they treat ppl nicer than you ccp, if so you just lost a costumer for life.
