To the "CCP Communication" part you should add "several occations of lies" from CCP side. CCP's stance on MT is one thing that got multiple lies, and CCP lying to CSM who was instated purely to give us transparency is another thing.
The repeated lies is the worst of the bad things they have done recently.

CCP had their chance. They said screw you!!! We tried to talk to them before the the protest. They said STFU sit down and go to the dollhouse and buy a monocle. The protesters have all had their accounts cancelled already. We are just making eve crappy for everyone else until we leave

I have some concerns that don't really fall unde the issues listed.
I've always played EVE because of the sandbox with player driven economy. With the introduction of the NEX store and the plans they seem to have for Dust 514 I'm worried that EVE is moving away from a player driven economy. Vanity items and everything else that might be introduced to the NEX store is not player made.
Dust 514 was supposed to be tied in with EVE and PI was supposed to be a part of supplying the Dust 514 players, however it seems that CCP is going to use a microtransaction apporach to Dust 514 and I'm worried how that will affect PI and the products made from PI.
In my oppinion they should have made blueprints for people to buy so that vanity items etc. would be made by the players strengthening the playerdriven econommy rather as it is now, weakening it.

Guys - please I'm trying to keep this thread free of this sort of thing so that CCP at least have a chance of replying to a post that is not full of hate and rage.

In all seriousness, why bother with all this feigned outrage? I can go buy myself a titan pilot (and a titan) for RM right now, and nobody cares. That is using RM for an in-game advantage. Why is there no outrage against that? To not rail and howl against the CCP supported ability to buy characters and isk for cash, this is all a logical fallacy.
Please can we keep this constructive so that CCP may have a chance at addressing this situation ina way to everyone liking?

No mention of the mining / ratting macro and botting that plagues null sec? This is as detrimental to Eve than all this latest BS. Yet CCP do very little and 1d or 7d bans for 0.0001% of those caught do not go far enough.

Stated very clearly, thank you.
I just want to add one thing to the reason why I want CQ to be optional, and I want the hangar view back:
CQ just feels like an advertisement for the NEX store. There is no real functionality to the CQ, but there is a link to buy new items, and a mirror. That's great for some people, but forcing me to either view this advertisement or stare at a static jpeg of a door every time I dock is bothersome.

I would reword the following though:

The memo doesn't "state" this will be the plan of action (at least not explicitly), so they can easily answer this point by saying the memo is just a debate of ideas or possibilities. This should be stated more in the lines of "why is this even being considered even though you know how the players feel about it". Or something like that.

We all here have various issues with EvE and RMT is probably high on most peoples list.
However, we are currently trying to politely ask CCP to help us understand thier actions and re-actions regarding the Incarna release and with any luck they may be reading this thread and going "Ok - they are not being unreasonable, lets get a response together". Thanks for the bump and support

The following excert was taken from Page 5 of "Greed is Good?" and starts in the middile of the last paragraph on the right hand side.
