Have not read the blogs in OP yet, however seeing this post by a dev, essentially begging us to comment suggests that maybe CCP have finally started listening to both what the players say and what the players do.

In all my years both as a gamer and a professional i have yet to see a CEO to bow as deeply as Hilmar did today. For this very public display of humility he deserves respect. It's far more than what we, the players of EVE could have been hoping for looking back at the past months.

I still think after all that happened (or didnt happen) that Hilmars post deserves some credit.

Of course its still required that actions follow words.

For changes such as getting rid of subscriptions. CCP should really consider a voteing system where 1 player per account can only vote, once. Because it seems you take our ideas but then completely change what we wanted into something stupider.
