Fishweasel	Posted - 2005.07.05 20:37:00 - [13] I have the same problem - i get a patch fail - error 25 on tut2.stuff file 40/46 I noticed the stuff files available to download are from the previous patch - so i am having to download the whole 59meg again - using 56k dial up :( not good.

Kalorian	Posted - 2005.07.05 20:40:00 - [16] Downloading from the chinese download at currently .8 kb/sec What can ya expect though for so few mirrors. Should've been better planned by the eve dev team to accomodate it's playerbase better with downloads.

NGRU Rix	Posted - 2005.07.05 20:41:00 - [19] bit torrent never works, the patch i did manage to dl gives some error that im never going to understand, and even if i do re-dl it which will be in several hours even on DSL (if im lucky) it probably will give same error.

Just pressing the link and then not "Save" but "Run" and when it freezes, just cancel the download and immidietly press the link again and "Run" and I have already 25% when before I just got about 7%.

I figured with such an established game, issues like this would have been ironed out long ago. Have the EVE devs ever thought to get high-volume file hosting organizations involved (ie - Fileplanet, etc.)?
