[665] all i have to say is that im having a great time. i log on, undock to see 7 RUS BS's and 4 RUS cruisers all around the station trying to lock onto me, which gives me 2 choices...dock again or warp b4 they can start to target me  . later on it starts off with light battles usually at gates/station, where sometimes SA forces have to jump/dock, and other times RUS forces have to dock/jump. I personally havent destroyed any of RUS's ships. Ive armor'd alot of cruisers and some BS's, and ive had my BS taked to armor twice now b4 ive had to dock/jump (54% armor is the lowest so far), but still this past week has been the best in eve (retail and beta). I just hope it doesnt turn into the worse if i lose my BS  GJ RUS & SA BoB KillBoard |

I was in one of the great battles Sunday. Thanks RUS for the fun. It was well worth my 300k ISK loss due to rapid repairing jobs to my ship to keep it in the fight. Most memorable moment was when my wing man in a Kestral announced that he was "going in". I laughed looking at the 4 bs's and cruisers RUS had. I then saw / herd his launchers firing so I looked for him and saw a line of heavy missles between his ship and a RUS BS. I persionally saw 3 impacts before I had to defend my own ship. He actually made it out alive with like 3% hull. On the other hand we did lose a Kestral who did not get a shot off. Oooo well 150k lost :) I think that pilot got podded due to the massive firepower that hit his ship. This is a lot of fun RUS keep it up... Maybe we can visit your home turf soon if it is in 0.0 space. Tallon |

[671] Definitely the only decent battles I've seen in retail. At least RUS sticks around for a little while before the ole dock & log routine... unlike the other corp SA had to eject from stain. That was more like going to a slam dance at a preschool.  |

(Undock, Fire, Dock) So I have a suggestion to help all end this conflict(for the time being) and settle the dispute at hand while still saving face for all involved.  THUNDERDOME1. Warring parties RUS and SA each form a fleet of their "best of the best" Warriors that would make the ultimate sacrifice for their cause. Each fleet will be equal in size. Composed of 4 battleshps, 8 cruisers, and 10 frigates. 2. Battle Location A nuetral location is selected outside of the Stain region at a moon or planet. Warring parties are given one day to scout location and set up bookmarks for fleet manuvers. A set number of nuetral observers/press may attend in a noob ship at a set bookmark. 3. Battle Conditions No members of either party may leave the vacinity of the battle. Besides that, anything goes  . However ALL ships involved must engage in some form. Running is forbidden. Podding is forbidden. All podded players may stay and observe the remaining battle from the same location as the press/observers.4. Battle/Dispute conclusionLast ship functioning decides the victor. Period. Victory is declared by the lead nuetral observer. There are no appeals. Battle reports/screenshots are then filed by observers in a seperate thread. Members of the SA or RUS may not post under this thread. 5. Spoils of war The victorious party has all salvage rights to all equipment left on the battle field. All spoils must be claimed within 30 minutes after the conclusion of battle. After completion of THUNDERDOME, RUS corp agrees to not enter the Stain region for a period of one month and a galactic NAP is agreed to by both parties for the same period of time. [679] Todays special. Someone spotted a mining operation by RUS in the core systems. And roumours are what they are, they get wings. Soon a small gang of 5 or 6 newbies sought them out. After a little consulting these few noobs considered doing something about the big nice cans RUS had planted among their battleships and cruisers. "Well guys, lets blow the cans and see what happens!" Said and done these Velator loving newbies blew a few cans for RUS. Of course RUS didn't take this too lighly. And oops they forgot that they where mining in a 0.8 system for protection. When they opened fire on these poor newbies Big Daddy Concord came to the rescue. Result up to this date. Five cruisers got rightfully blown to pieces by Concord while protecting the noob ships. Large amount of ore was allso destroyd while Velator had some target practice and not one of the newbies got seriously hurt. I can Imagine that RUS replis to this soon to try to lower their shame.
