ISS have always had 'thier' agenda, the whole outposts thing is just a cover up to something much bigger which you will all find out about later this year. Baldour simply jumped the gun before the time and is now no longer with them. Bookmark his thread, you will see the true colors of ISS and thier real agenda in 0.0 soon.
But I admit it's been an ingenious plan, fortunate, or unfortunately for them I see through it but the journey to the anouncement will be fun so i prefer to let it ride out and make eve history.
All I will say is the sooner ISS is destroyed and sent back to empire the better for all in 0.0. Mark my words..they have an AGENDA and its very clever one, and if you bought shares in the Marginis or Borelis you have been put in a position where you will not be able to fight when the time comes.

Because it ruins the end result. Its a bit like finding out what you got for your bday before you open the present... 
If they want to confess then thats fun too but too many people have invested too much trust in them and I feel they should know everything is not as it appears.

I've heard some rumors about them planning to do a military scoop in the gallente election and so gain controll over all gallente t2 blueprints by altering the t2 components needed for gallente ships and buy the then "useless" t2 bpo's fro 1 isk. Then they are supposed to launch theyr superweapon (which they have at every outpost of theyrs) and wipe out every living creature in 0,0 while they are docked in theyr super reinforced outposts. Then they will hold ISD for ransom and get loads of isk just to suddenly "collapse" from the inside and leave everything to normal again. Well almost. They will before they die release a new implant which grant +10 to all attributs with a little mechanism which will give them access to control everyone who wears them. Then they will truely be in control of eve from theyr secret hideout in hed-gp, while everyone else will believe they are long gone. Once you will tell your grand children of the mysterious alliance once known as ISS. Those that rose to power just to suddenly disappear. Just like a long gone pirate corp known as...

Do the shares come to life and strangle us in our sleep? I'm quite happy to write off my investment, I wouldn't have given it to strangers otherwise, and I'm sure most other investors feel the same as me. I'd just kill all ISS for the rest of my time in Eve.
The real issue here is the half-arsed and desperate attempts by some shadowy group of alts to ruin ISS's reputation, and drive down the share price so they can buy them all cheap. Please read about the history of railroads in America, you might learn how to do it properly.

I won't name my sources, but i have strong evidence that this incident was a clever ploy by the ISS to increase the demand for tech II alt trolls, causing massive shortages and tripling their profits in preparation for the next stage in their diabolical plan.
This stage, codenamed IDUNNOLOL, involves the Borealis outpost, high-ranking members of BoB and Otherworld Empire, and the mass buyout of named reinforced bulkhead mods, in an effort to fool the community into believing they have been stealth boosted, causing us to rush to equip them, making us easy prey for the ravenous ISS Navy Task Force, allowing them to make short work of any and all users of giant run-on sentences.
This entire chain of events has undoubtably ben masterminded by Samuel L. Jackson, who to this day sits docked at the Marginis outpost, waiting... For us to let down our guard! Nice try Sam and ISS! We wont be fooled that easily!

Seriously for a moment, i heard that CCP sold eve to Sony Online. Sony is planning on revamping the game to make it more marketable to the North American market.
They are going to remove ships and pods from the game and replace them with your accual character module. And you can only train skills that are in your character class after the revamp. Also, EVE will no longer be in space but will take place on each of the 4 races home planet. Also, due to the popularity of WoW in the US, they are planning on adding orcs as a playable race.
Combat will now be first person shooter based, no longer setup your ship and activate your mods. This is to make action faster paced for those with an attention span of less then 3 seconds.
Finally, the revamp is scheduled for January the 21st! SOE is keeping the buy and revamp secret until it is done so that players do not cancel their accounts, in addition they have pre billed us all an extra 6 months regardless of our payment plan so that we can try the new revamp when it is released.

well ive been reliably infomed that ISS have set up each of their members behind a Grassy nole and are biding their time...count tessaine is rally acting under orders of fidel castro which he gets through radio transimssions his fillings pick up

Dood whatever the ISS have planned I doubt very much that it is in any way related to military actions. No offense but ISSN is a joke. Compared to what would be thrown at them had they reset standings. But this is an "if" situation which I dont think will ever happen cuz ISS know their place in eve.
