To me that seems like you need to listen closer .. he first said yeah or something to that effect, then came back on that. WTF, no he didn't. When asked if he minded if the conversation was put on minerbumping he immediately said yes I do mind.

This. But this reminds me of something else, actually.
Have you ever watched Big Brother??
Do you think the producers of that show should be charged with bullying? It's the same thing, making people jump through hoops of self-humiliation for prizes and the like. None of the contestants are forced to do anything, they always have an option to get out of it at any time. No one is holding them there against their will, they are there of their own accord.
The same applies with the guy in this recording. It's just another episode of Big Brother. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita. |

You see that is your problem. Yours and Eroticas (if you aren't one and the same) actions say one thing about you and then you try play it off as if you were somehow insulted when people get a trifle irate. It (you) has a miasma of hypocrisy floating around you.

I will claim the same as soon I get my hands on your naked selfies:) EDIT: I didn't listen in. He really accepted it to be recorded? What an idiot. In these cases I tend to question whether those people are actually legally "capable of acting". Guess his wife should take over. Depends how you acquire them and Erotica always makes sure the client knows they are being recorded. How come at the end of the recording then, they say "by the way we've been recording this. Do we have your permission to publish it" he then clearly say no, they then say "so we have your permission" which again he says no, now it's published. To me that seems like: 1. He didn't know it was being recorded, otherwise he wouldn't have needed to be told at this point. 2. He clearly stated his refusal to allow the publishing of the recording. At least over here, you'd be in serious hot water for publishing voice recordings that you were explicitly told was not authorised. It's a criminal offence to make a voice recording both in the US and here in Australia without the permission of the person being recorded. Here in Australia that comes under the covert surveillance act. In US not sure. Fines / Jail time.
Both have nothing to do with the tort of defamation, which is a civil offence - reparations.

Stop right there. What makes it cyber bullying? We've already determined that no one here is legally qualified enough to make this determination just by stating it, so demonstrate what makes it bullying please. Provide some merit for your claim. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita. |

You are aware that you are completely ******** ? It's because of pubbies like those and other scum alike internet gets more and more controlled, countries set more and more laws about and at some point some have the balls to make things happen. This reminds me that kid in jail not a long time ago for bullying another kid and his stupid nerd friend making youtube idiot speeches about freedom and respect when he had no idea what he was talking about and specially about those two words. What this kind or thread reminds me is that Internet is not controlled enough with RL consequences, but we'll get there at some point and sooner the better, on top this will generate business/money thus a must do asap.
Funny how I am scum now .. the people who know me would describe me as very caring, helpfull, dependable and generous. The bullying I went through made me realize that being a victim is a choice .. I wont bore you with the details even if you want me to, as they are not relevant. Yes there are cases where it's about power and control, but this was not such a case .. it was about taking a **** out of guy who seems to would have used his house as collateral if he could.
Sure it costs him .. but one can hope that eventualy even in this case the guy will start to see a patern ..
His wife comments at 1:22:29 (by his testimony) who is making fun of him now .. irritated at him being so daft obviously (after just hearing him read a ******* wikipedia page).
So yeah, this is arguably a very low cost service for the guy ... helping him redefine boundaries. |

Without knowing the specifics of the contract (you'll have to show me one) I can't see the contract being relevant to this point. As for the money they get paid, what doesn't make that a reward in exchange for their humiliation? You don't scare me. I've been to Jita. |

Nope. Not by Australian law they wouldn't. Don't know if you've heard much Australian radio, but that happens often. It's actually my favourite breakfast radio segment on my drive to work, the prank calls. Anyway, people consenting to self humiliation are not being bullied, they are choosing to humiliate themselves. You're going to have to learn to identify the line between what you personally find abhorrent and what is actually abhorrent. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita. |

Except that when you have a half decent lawyer, you will get away with even recording police officers (15 years if convicted). Also, and again, what does this mean for a recording of a soccer game ? Hundreds of potentional lawsuits ? |
