When my source told me that the event players would be lead into our hands i did not want to believe him at first but after our spy network confirmed what was going on we prepared 500 goats and set them up at sniping spots and on the gate to welcome our highsec-dwelling friends.
I giggled manically when wave after wave after wave came at us in this narrow passage.

Ok just took part of the event. This simply put was a set up by CCP to hand kills to lowsec!

How did RAZOR get set up that quickly of it wasn't for time dilation allowing then nearly an hour get get their ahead of the dilated systems! Our fleet jumped in to what was simply put... a set up. Was this CCP's present to RAZOR ? perhaps all the goons complaining about "carebears" was too much and the Dev's gave in?

I love PVP, i love the game. But this set up is utterly unacceptable!

I normally base my statements off of past knowledge of actions and we all know this has happened before.

Were they dominixes with drones assigned to one person who did all the work from a seboed up ship

Lets just put it like this: Getting a gatecamp in your staging system ready is not all that hard. Do a jabber ping saying "Guys, lots of shiny carebear KMs with billions in loot to be had right infront of our station" and you literally have 150 people ready within 2 minutes with 8 minutes to spare for everyone to get on the gate and wait for the shiny loot pinata to arrive.

Granted, sending your event fleet
a) into an active powerblock warzone through a major thoroughfare
which
b) is the staging system of one of the major powerblocks involved in that war
is a bit dumb by the CCP event team, but there were no tip-offs or similar involved really.

Basically we got lucky CCP ****** up by sending you guys right onto our front porch.

CCP F'd up or intentionally sent the fleets their? Their are 1000's of other systems they could have picked, Even a island for example.

We are deployed to Doril so took like 3 min to set up the gate camp when we knew they where going through there.

Look at it this way.

They take H.S Corps into the corner of the power base of major alliances. Get us all killed intentionally to start a large battle between the power blocks as they are all waiting to try and kill us. Perfect way to lower PLEX costs and get isk out of circulation.
