I was wondering, who is the "biggest" pirate? I have no goals of going after them but I was curiouse. I hear alot about Guinger, but is he the biggest? In other words who is the most feared? I would think this is a good thing to know for a noob, you don't really want to cross his or her path.

Lifewire, no one else has that bloodseeking cruelty :D
ryan routine is awesome pvper but i wouldnt add him to pirates list tbh, unless he went to some pirate corp and left G.

Ginger is just an attention whore, nothing else.
The most feared?
Tank CEO used to be, at least. Not as well-known nowadays.
Verone is definitely one of the most respected.

Since we are on the topic of Pirates, is it common for pirate corps to fight each other over high travel gates? I dont plan on becoming a pirate but knowing what they do can help me keep from becoming there next victam. I also have a non-pirate question, is it common that POS's will not let you dock?

that is a funny question, because from my experience the most famous or 'biggest' pirates are the ones that ***** the forums the most. No question hands down.
Not that these people are not skilled, but I think you'll get the most notariety(sp?) if you visit here frequently. _______________________________________________

POS = Player Owned Starbase = doesn't even have docking capabilities--its not a station.
If you mean the player owned stations in 0.0, no, you won't be able to dock there either unless you are granted standings.

Hmm, thats a poser.
Was on the recruitment chanel looking for real crezzy bastards, and some noob was complaining about losing his ship 3 times at a gatecamp. I was thinking about heading over there and smacking him about a few times myself, and then he said who was there.... Keta Min. oooh bubby, I'm not going past her without asking her first, no sir! She gets tonnes of airtime on the Concord billboards, and my understanding is she's so fast you're waking up in your clone before you know she's there.
As for other pirates, I wouldn't mind flying with Malka, and making a pain of myself. As for Ander, Verone, and Nuggan, I'll be passing them soiling my shreddies, with my arm out of the ship whipping it to make it go faster.
Actually, if I see any of those I'll probably go to a safe spot and log. Crazy, not stupid.

To be honest not knowing Lifewire says more about you than him. Definitely a high profile pirate. Other than that.. DNA (the corp) comes to mind, had a fair few high profile members. Basically half the population of Syndicate as of 6 months ago would qualify

I'm really tired of this sort of thread though. The only pirates that get any recognition are the ones that make lots of forum posts or make videos when there are tons of ones who are just as good if not better. I don't mean this as a bash to the people who do post alot (i do myself but i always avoid talking about myself), but tbh credit is not going where it is due.

Joking in this thread aside, I'd agree with Parm on this subject. Everyone is different in their own respect, so it's hard to guage people against eachother.
I'm really thankful for the positive comments regarding me that have been posted here, but even then I owe my inspiration to a lot of key figures in Eve from before and during my time, such as Zarquon Beeblebrox, Lord Zap, Daakkon, Tank, Tekka, Lifewire, Liu Kaskakka (change your fricking name so I can spell it) and many more.
In light of present day piracy I'd nominate Trey Azagthoth as probably the "biggest" pirate in Eve. Frankly the guy's skills with a blastertron scare the hell out of me.

My inspiration back in my youthful pirate days came from the people who made up the original gangster groups like Jokers and Space Invaders, to name the oldest and biggest.
But Eve is constantly evolving and other guys step out, while others come to the front .. almost every month it seems there's a new hot pirate crew making the rounds. I also think it is becoming more difficult to earn your place in the hall of infamy, with so many more out there trying.

can't say i've seen very many pirates, i remember when i started there was alot of huff about moo. Well there were in my mission statments thats gotta buy some kinda place in the hall of infamy.
Pirates i've most heard of recently is ripley 12, although i have her killmail in a safe spot. I remember comming under fire from tank CEO once, just the name made me run, although i warped back in later and help shoot at him befour he left then came back with friends.
oo i was also part of a hiest that trey will never forget *grin*
Funniest pirate misshap had to of been mining and a hauler came my way named IsuckAlot(or somthing), so i scooped my mins out of the jet can and left a bm in it that said suck this, he kinda sat there for 5 mins then warped off, i still have the bm, it was a good laugh. ------FD------

There is no "biggest" pirate; there is always somebody better in some aspect that the person before him.
this is true, except for Tank, *****cat, jexter and fist and crew...they were the first 'big' names. but many dont play anymore, and those who would remember, well i think our numbers are shrinking.
but as for now? who knows? piracy has turned into gank fests... and wcs..annoying.

What defines a good pirate ? I would say, how many people he/she have killed. This is the only way to measure success, since ransoming and blackmailing don't qualify. But there are only 3 things that count: kills, kills and kills! I have to admit that Lo3d3r has a crazy ammount of kills. He must be a fanatic and stubborn farmer if he tops my kills - lol.

Why would people want a winner? If you can quantify this statement I will give you some credit but it just seems like a bit of a foolish statement.
EVE is statistical. Numbers are easy to compare. EVE has many different ways of comparing these numbers and statistics and that's why people constantly talk about it. Nothing IMO to do with winning, as one cannot 'win' EVE as such.

Then does that mean someone like Ginger Magian is the top guy too? I don't understand this. Since when did killing define piracy? It's so easy to kill people. Stop confusing me. Next thing you be saying is being in a megathron sniping a gate requires pvp skill.

Ok, since there is some confusion, lets change this to, who is the most sadistic person in the game? Always podkills and doesn't ransom. Ginger has a death grip on a gate travled by my Corp alot, I think it's into parts. Someone took a ***** at him yesterday and he was close to killing Ginger and scoring the 21 million isk. Well thats what my Corp buddy said, I guess Ginger warped out of the area.
But I think this gatecamping is crap, I understand defending your turf aginst invaders but if you see one rifter floating by I don't think it's going to try much. Or a mining group, even if they have a BS. This gank-fest needs to stop, it makes the game less fun to play. It's turning into WoW.
It makes sence to go after a mining troop in a belt, but jumping them at a gate is a lowley tactic. Even for a sadistic pirate. I really don't mind if I get blown to bits in space, around a belt or just ratting somewere but entering a system and not being able to get more than 20km from the gate sucks. It makes it so noobs and alot of people don't enter deepspace.
I know about the tactic's to escape a gate camp, I have my Rifter bult so it can get going 748 and still has 2 sheild extenders and 2 100mm nano's (200mm soon). I really don't like warp stabs, cause I don't know what they are. But having to outfit a ship just to travel is crap, I should be able to leave it in "ratting" trim if I am just going through .4 or .3 space to do something.
Meh /end rant/

Don¦t get me wrong - i liked the noble Jokers too...but it¦s evolution (not the corp EVOL) that decides who is successfull and who not. Jokers as example for the most noble pirate corp is quite fair, i guess. But in the end, what did they achieve? They quitted EVE because they didn¦t want to adapt.
It¦s fine to see pirates that stil ransom and we also try to do this. But in the end our ISK machine is ganking - pure brutal ganking and grabbing as much loot as we can get. This made us survive - while other pirate corps had to join alliances or had to quit EVE. So yes - only kills count. Nobody ask¦s how or when or why - a kill is fresh loot and fresh loot are ISKies to pay the bills.
Definitly yes - only kills count. The rest is only an "aura" pirate corps have.

Hrrm ok, but not the same as holding ground in a hostile area and sniping real influenctial players that belong to a faction more powerful than yours. So less tactics and influences are less applied. But that's more along the lines of "Best" than "Bigger".
If it's just based on kills. Then I guess indeed Ginger is one of the biggest pirates in the game. He has a lot of easy snipe kills. Up there with you Lifewire I believe, last time I checked anyways (5 months ago).

Your claim is a bit thin. If I am the best sniper ever does that mean I 'win'?. No of course not, as it is not a competition. EVE is a game in the sense of it being a pastime or pursuit. The Olympics are a competition.
It seems to me that you are confusing winning and being the best at.
You might also want to take a look at the myriad of definitions of the word game.
I can see the point you are trying to make, I just feel you are phrasing it poorly or misunderstanding some of the concepts.

I disagree. There is alot more to piracy than just your kills. Kills just reflect how much time you are able to spend online, and weather your gate camping or belt pirating. I'd judge a pirate on thigs like charisma, style, and how much of an impression they leave before looking at the amount of kills.

The Jokers were more famous for fighting terribly outnumbered. They were a tiny, elite fighting force (only 2 members for a long time, later up to about 5).

I'm going to agree with necro on this. Kills certainly are not a top deciding factor due to the kills possibly comprising of a lot of covetors or rookie ships. A good deal of the smarter pirates don't post killmails except on their own private boards for personal logging. The public release of the killboard information means their setups or hunting grounds could easily be discovered and thus their kills remain unknown for the most part.
To ignore those who do not post everything publically disposes of quite a few very good pirates.
And then you have other pirates who hate the term pirate, but would prefer to be called "murderer", "griefer", or "anti-life supporter" (malka, for instance ) in which their reputation and objectives different from most pirates but earn a level of respect through different means. Honor versus Fear, and so forth. ------------------- "It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change." - Charles Darwin |

I'm not old enough to know much about the Jokers but I do know that Tank was the one of the oldie pirates I knew most of.
As for newer ones, I'd say Ryan Routine was the best one... soloing is ftw no matter what anyone says. That doesn't even make sense. Someone can post all the kills in the world and still be a horrible pirate, such as a multi-kill covetor hunter against single-kill dreadnought. Killmails can be faked and are often a bad representation of what actually occured in battle.
Piracy and murder isn't about your kills, but your presence. Ginger is someone who has quite a few kills under his belt but is generally taken with a muffled laugh due to his attitude, style, and battle philosophy. Others like Verone and Tank CEO are both well known because of their tactics, personalities, style, and contributions back to the community. There is much more to EVE than the killmails, especially when numbers don't equal actual skill. Gate camping is a peice of cake, but I have more respect for belt hunters due to additional pilot skill required. --------------

I would say that it's how you get your kills that count, I mean someone who has killed 1000's of people gate ganking in a group wouldn't get the same amount of respect of someone who has fought out numbered many times and won, or who has won many 1v1 fights of similar or unbalanced ship classes. But that is looking at it from a pvp perspective.

What i said: lot of kills --> lot of loot.
Sure - there is a difference in what kind of prey you killed and not the pure number of kills count. But in the end a pirate with 4000 kills is a winner, while a pirate with 150 kills is a n00b or a looser.
BTW: i am pretty sure that people like Tank have enough kills to be on the winner side

The best pirate(s) in eve would be the ones with the most loot, and the ones that instill the most fear in the enemy. I don't think sniping alone would constitute the best pirate even though it may generate the most kills and the most loot.
Some things that would be required of somebody before I would consider them a pirate worthy of note:
1) The ability to win fights outnumbered 2) Knowledge of Empire tactics such as sniping AND sentry tanking 3) The ability to find people on the scanner in 30 seconds or less and warp to their belt. 4) The ability to move quickly behind enemy lines in alliance space, kill their npc'ers, grab the loot, and get out. 5) The ability to stand up against actual PvP'ers (which usually requires a fairly large force since all true "PvP'ers" like to blob ) and win fights.
I agree with lifewire to a certain extent. But sniping all day just isn't that much fun...and unfortunately, this isn't real life...so sometimes fun is > isk.
Other than the top members in my corp, the only pirates that come to my mind when I think of accomplished groups would be the core members of Tundragons, and ATUF. MAFIA is worthy of mention as well, but I've never seen or heard of them doing anything other than sniping...but they qualify on volume alone. I'm not going to bother mentioning all the extinct pirate corps. Most are inactive or have been assimilated by alliances.
There are lots of small roving pirate groups, but there are very few that really make a profit from piracy, and even fewer that can hold their own against large alliance PvP corps.

I will nominate the old school MAFIA crew also. Their philosophy in this game is to kill as much as possible, period. Small targets, large targets, old players or noobs doesnt matter. Everyone that comes near their guns gets fired upon.
I know alot will say that ganking doesnt require any skills, its boring and lame etc but this is what they do, and they do it good. Especially Skywalkers deserves a mention. He dont have the possibility to spend as much time ingame as others but still manages to gets loads with kills.
The old Loot corp players deserves a mention also. I did some camping with them and they really knew how to lock down a system. Their teamwork and super boosted sniping ships made sure that noone made it trough alive.
I also agree with pretty much everything that Shamis said. All that he mentioned is required for a pirate who roam around and doesnt gank to be successful.
Pirates that roam around that deserves a mention, well I dont know. There is so many and most ppl allready know about the most famous ones. I know ATUF are doing good, Tundragon for sure + the old teddy members. There is so many, cant really think of any special now that is still playing/still pirating.

I disagree. There is alot more to piracy than just your kills. Kills just reflect how much time you are able to spend online, and weather your gate camping or belt pirating. I'd judge a pirate on thigs like charisma, style, and how much of an impression they leave before looking at the amount of kills.
The amount of FEAR you generate when your name pops up in local. Also, the amount smacktalk from the antipirates is indicative as well. |

All this forum posting from all these little piwats, you guys all already know who are the best pirates in eve but I guess denial is not just a river in Egypt.
A pirates success should be based on kills/wealth, after all isnt that why we all do it? Unfortunatly there is no way to know what someones wallet looks like so there is no way to know wealth. Many of you so called pirates also have alts that make you isk, because your "pirating" cant even cover your losses.
Fact of the mater is that except for a few of you, the rest are and always have been afraid of your own shadows and unless there is a blob of friends sitting next to you running is the only thing you are good at.
Knowing that just look at kills then, take out useless kills like frigs and such and I can all but assure you Burn Eden will take the cake for best 0.0 pirate corp. Empire pirating probably Snig or Tund, maybe biomass.
Some people that impressed me personaly is Tank, he is very slippery and really was great at 1v1's. Zombie and the original mOo crew, they inspired us to do what we do.

lol steady on my aggrogant friend. now i may not like burn eden for the most part but if you guys didnt fill your low 'completly' *i dont discourage 1 or 2* with warp core stabilizers you'd prolly get the vote. Yes i know your tierd of hearing about it but when you say "the rest are and always have been afriad of your own shadows" it really does give me that 'wow' reaction.
I generally feel if i dont have more than -6 scramble strength in my gang i generally pass you guys by simply becus you will turn tail as soon as your Dampening fails and your taking armour hit your ravens.
I think your corp is very coordinated and quite organised but dont let all them kills go to your head and start feeling that your superior.
Tundragon altho i dislike members, are and it pains me to admit, are honourable and as soon as summin is done in the corp that isnt how the game is really ment to be used they discourage it or kick you. Which if you took a lesson from em then u may get alittle more respect.
Also the history of some of your members is a damn disgrace. Some of you guys have acted worse than Ginger magician or fatballs in your sportsmanship, but again i suppose this is all meaningless if brute effeciant killing using any and all mean nessary to score points then sure if u will you guys are it... --------------------------------------------------------

I think u hit the nail on the head with the original topic starter post. There is no doubt that I am the most well known pirate. But pirates can be divided up - some are good at some things others at other things. But in general if you are a good pirate and respected/feared/hated then your name tends to get banded about on these forums. For example I dont think anyone who has not posted in this thread or been menetioned would be missing from a list of EVE's biggest pirates.

Back in the day i would have to say Jokes too. Was only 3 or 4 of them but they were well organised, had the ships setup right. You would normally get one or two in inties, a Raven and a Scorp.
Luckly i only ran into them a few times in Pure Blind and manged to get away!

Edited by: Zeromancer on 28/02/2006 10:15:51 Well her is a caerbear's take on this topic. I have played over two years and therfore i will say that the oldscool pirates are for me the biggest. Jexter, Fist, Lord Zap, Tank CEO, Lifewire, Bobbeh(first guy to pod me) as individuals. Old m0o, Jokers, Space invaders, killer clowns and tundragon as corps, There are a few more but thats the ones that pops up in my head. Remeber these guys had 30% of the playerbase that current pirates have to kill. Now you can sit in a 0.4 sys and get 200 kills a night, killing shuttles and frigs at gates.
The corps that i respect now as good and fair fighters are Mafia, S******dly, tundragon. There may be others but those are the corps that i have run into lately.

there is no biggest pirates all pirates use there own methods. i remember the jokers, jexter, fist and co. we were at war with them after only a few months of playing, it was fun and they were honourable and got my respect. we learnt to pvp then we even took some of the jokers down in even fights with less skills.
we even had an 8 week war against sniggs after a while and that swung it, i got the pvp bug and my corp have now become pirates/pvpers ourselves, come pay us a visit in lonetrek we will always greet u warmly
anyway the names i respect most are jexyer, fist, verone shamis and co and i thank them for making me intrested in pvp, i cant get enough now and needless to say never mined since my first war against the jokers. i class myself as a pirate but 99% of my kills come in 0.0 so whether i,m a pirate or not is debatable i just like pvp nice to see tank ceo get a mention too, didnt know he was so well respected, if i had known i perhaps wouldnt have attacked his cerb in my cerb 1 v 1 in 93ip-4 however i won so it dosent matter

From all of the above I have only met gingy and I can't say I have much respect for him, what with always running when we try to catch him (I'm not talking blob here, was only me tackling in a ranis and a scorpion friend against his mega, both much noober than him). Of course I like to think that all of his 'attitude' is mostly role play (no offence m8).
Still I guess his does have a lot of kills under his belt (not from belt piracy though ).
However I'd have to agree with some posters that 'most kills make not best pirate'. Gate snipping does not require much skills, specially if you have support near by. Good knowledge of game mechanics (scanner etc), good tactics and not being afraid to loose a ship now and then would win my vote.I hear good things about verone too, but who can tell really?
P.S. Now with the eve^2 offer I'm seriously thinking of making a pirate alt so soon(tm) i'll be the bestest piwate in the universe. Fear my achura of doom

Ever tried to belt hunt? Typical hunt goes like this:
1) I enter system - there are 9 other people. 2) I find a suitable scanning point and warp to it. 3) I arrive at my scanning point. There are now 7 other people in local. 4) I scan the area and locate 1 person. I do some quick warps and narrow down their position. There are now 4 people in local. The person I have found is at a gate. They leave. 5) I am now in local with 3 other people. 1 is missioning and 2 are docked. 1:30 minutes elapsed total. 6) I give up and put a sniper setup on.
Getting belt kills in a 'pirate' fashion. IE not against other pirates or huge blob squads is hard and boring work.
Pirate has to be about the hardest profession in EVE yet it receives the most and worst criticism. We have to suffer consant abuse in local, convos and EVEmail. We have no 'reliable' source of income. We can't go into high sec. Anyone can shoot us anywhere. We get flagged. Ships and modules can be a pain to aquire. We have this all on our backs and carry it for you yet we have the rest of the community standing over us smacking us with sticks. Be nice to a pirate for a change.

Rofl a non-solo corp talking about people fearing shadows. Big diffrence from 5-7 vs 30 than 1 vs 30 or dieing with friends than dieing solo. But then again I'm glad BE isn't another Verone handing out flowers. So cheers to that.

They're daft if they don't. All the advice given by Pirates for Pirates, tips for avoiding gatecamps and things like that can only help them avoid losses. If it wasn't for this forum i'd probably lost billions due to suicide ravens or such in hi-sec space as well.
BTW I do like pirates I think they are an essential part of the game plus all the stuff you destroy means more things for me to make money from when people replace them. Keep up the good work and pod more people as well. We need to make the implant prices rise!

"They" know you, by name. The biggest compliment is the FEAR generated by your name. If you weren't effective, they'd continue doing whatever. Whether you got one, two, or twenty kills in the system over the last week, you did enough to earn there attention and action.

One of the things I do with my cov ops alts are to scan and try to correlate mission activity in a certain system with the presence of certain ship types on scanner. Saves me time from really even bothering with the system under some situations.
BUT, tbh, strongly thinking about returning to 0,0....numbers of kills were far fewer there but the gear was almost in every case better than the crap some of these carebears fit to their ships these days.

That's why I like tanking sentries. 95% of the wealth in empire never leaves the protection of the sentry guns.
But yeah, 0.0 can be good, if you are really good with the scanner.

EDIT: Ginger you are not the most well known pirate in EVE, just because you say it as often as you possibly can dosen't make it true man.
Tank CEO was probably the pirate who has been the most well known and feared for the longest period of time. I mean people still talk about him now and *shock* he dosen't post on the forums. ------------- Order of the Wombles: Recycling those untidy modules on your ship.

Funny how you had no problems with us when we resided in the same area. And in fact persuaded us to be friendly towards you.
Oddly enough you also had no problem with asking us to come out and fight along side of you. And asking for our help on many many occasions.
Also very amuzing how you say that you just pass us by, when in fact all you do is run. No matter what you guys are doing at the time if we jump into local its skirts up and to a safe spot.
Speaking of stabs, just recently we ran accross maybe 10 of you with 4 of us. As usuall in 0.0 you guys wont dare bring anything bigger than a cruiser, but the one cruiser we got -2 on still warped away. We may or may not use stabs, but we NEVER use stabs on through away ships.

Heh that's pretty funny but yet somewhat not the same. BE does have skill in a lot of good areas. Least from my opinion that is. Yet there ego's heh yeah. Why have it to begin with. Be so much more better if ginger and or BE just be cool and not act like it matters "Im Uber *slobbering on self* and I made you flee last night *slobbering more on self* so who are you again *mom walks in*?"

10 vs 4. If I had 4 decent BS pilots. I would do that too. If we had warp core stabs. I think I would do that even more. Hell I would engage more than 10 if I had BS weaponry going for me. Pick a few off then warp out. You know the typical tactics to weaken your opponents. Does that mean anything really? Nope... If It was 10 cruisers and I was one of them. Would I fear 4 BE BS's? Nope... Are they good threat? Yeah of course there in battleships prob running good EW setups and warp core stabs. Do I want to be on a BE gank flick of how you guys think it's mad skill to gank a few here and flee? Nope not really. Would I be glad I escaped -2 strength. Yeah of course, don't you? Does the ship really matter if I lost it? Nope... My pod does though. My life being taken by a BE pilot does. I think that's why you fit stabs on your battleships. Don't act like your battleship builds really cost that much. Anyone seen the battleship prices compared to elite cruiser prices latly? I wouldn't care about losing my Raven. Pirate has to be about the hardest profession in EVE yet it receives the most and worst criticism. We have to suffer consant abuse in local, convos and EVEmail. Yes lanfear's bane, I have belt-hunted quite a few times, though trying to find pirates, not miners to kill. I know the drill with scanning etc and yes it can be annoying and boring sometimes. Still, i firmly believe that piracy in general is much easier than anti-piracy. At least when trying to kill prats you are up against a fighting fitted ship, even when blobing them. A massive gate camp killing an indy (or a sniper doing the same) is easier imho.
Now, I don't say I'm a big bad pirate hunter (usually i'm just trying miserably to help some friends when i Π-hunt, but you Do try it too and let me know what you think.
So, i think u're right, "people are awfully quick to preach about what they don't know / understand"
And honestly, what you expect being a pirate? lub? cookie? I have nothing (xcept rp issues perhaps ) against pirates per se, I just can't stand the pirate+whinner combination *cough* ginger *cough* (just kidding gingy, plllllssssss don't hunt me down and kill me repeatedly like the dog I am).
Don't pirate if u think it's too hard. Mine some veld or something, u'll find it's easier and maybe even less boring than belt-hunting

Heh I was just ranting.
My problem with antipirates is that the first one I ever met was Hippey (I was about 1 month old, he attacked me in a Vagabond and then smacked me in local when I escaped). He tainted my view slightly - unfortunately the forum rules prevent me accurately describing him. He was of course backed up by his alliance 'mates'. Hippey could have said that Rifters were cruisers and if you disagreed the alliance would have told you were wrong and to shut up. Pirates are in the profession of killing, antipirates in that of bullying from what I have seen. They helped influence my antipirate view and made it less than rosy. I don't doubt it is a hard profession, I suppose we are in the business of not getting caught.

I can't (and didn't) say I'm an anti-pirate. Meaning I DON'T pass a lot of in-game time hunting pirates. I don't think any ppl ARE anti-pirates in truth, or at least very few are. I merely live in a 0.3 system where some of my friends mine and I rat. So when a pirate comes around i try to protect myself and my friends (can't say I don't enjoy the pvp opportunity too ).
I have had quite a few of the following experiences:
1. prat kills noob (or even older player). we hunt him, while victim smacks at local. We YELL to victim to stop smacking
2. a prat kills someone (me sometimes) and while we hunt, I have a pleasent, civilised convo with him
3. After said convo i ask for 1v1 with prat. I (usually) end up dead but enjoy it, as does the prat even when he looses.
4. I even once asked a prat I killed (but didn't get final blow) to send me kill-mail, as my gang members were too excited to listen to my request
All these and many more just show that not ALL pirates are 'bad' and not ALL anti-pirates are 'good', as in rl u can't say 'all -enter nationality, profession, race, whatever here- are bad or good or dump or clever'.
One last thing to note: PvP contrary to, say mining or npcing, is exciting. As one's getting more experienced in it, the 'stress factor' tends to get lower (not much lower I hope - I like my heart beating like that ). Now, the average pirate has had more pvp than the average miner, npcier (and even he average pirate-hunter I would dare to say), so they tend to be able to stay calmer during some pvp activity. Add to that, that the prats were expecting the pvp interaction (they started it), whereas the carebear was not. Finally, after, at least the first phase of a pirate-carebear interaction, the carebear is usually the one to have suffered a loss. Thus, it is only understanable that the pirate will tend to emmit less smack than the carebear/antiprat. I definatelly don't want to make excuses for smacking, I'm just giving a possible explanation.
P.S. Only to be fair, I should say that whenever I experienced the reaction of a prat after HE has lost a ship (which as I said is not the usual case) I was a bit disappointed too. Once a guy petitioned me for my bio (a stupid reason in my truthful opinion-can't get into much detail cause I'll be perma-banned and I'll end up being a legend like tank ceo) just after I killed him while he was flashing red for having killed a miner.

Lets end this discussion - it cannot be found out who is the biggest pirate. Some players have a RL and play less, others more and that¦s why they have more kills. Some play 3 years, some less longer, some do 0.0 piracy, some low sec piracy, some do ransom, others not. No way to find out who is TEH WINNER! EVE isnÆt meant to have winners because it¦s a MMOG and DEVs allways balance the game in a way to nerf winners and to help loosers. CCP want¦s to make $$$.
What i know is that the pirate corps that are still active are all very good corps that where able to adapt and survive till now. I¦ve hunted with 4Life (Zombie leader), with Tank (Jumpin-camping, when i was in Biomass), Hupa (in the Fade assault), Xpohoc (my CEO), Tenacha (my UK english teacher), Axel (my favorite gunship pilot), Frankinator (he hates me), Zarquon B (hates me too), much others and all the guys that are still in TDG. Also know those of battles: I shot down Joker and m0o pilots and so did they when they could do with us. Fighted Biomass, Mafia and ASS. Never fighted SNIGGS (because i dont mine in belts and am no target for belt rats ) - i know them all and i can state: all these players are good at what they do.
Pray carebears that these people will never fit to each other, because if they would, they would set EVE into flames! A corp with this members would destroy anything and beat the $hit out of all the so called PVPers in alliances. They have the instinkt and the unstopable will to kill other players - pray that they stay in their small corps or inactive or alliance leaders or whatever they do now and pray they never merge into one team...

Going by "volume of kills" the best solo pirate is prolly painball, as hes solo killed prolly 50 BS, although he actually sucks skillwise. Ryan Routine is pretty nuts too, but hes not technically a pirate anymore. Axel was also insane. But the best solo pirate in eve is dirtball.
The best gang of pirates is Callonious, Hellspawn, and Crusher.
PS Is it just me or does every post by a pirate coalition member (besides mafia, some of whom are decent) just make you "lol"?

I guess the real biggest pirates in this game are CCP GMs for fooling carebears aswell as pirate players to still pay for this game. That¦s an awesome thiefing job.

There is no way that guy Painball has 250 solo bs kills.I have never even heard of him. If you can prove that then he is undoubtedly the best pvper in eve or the luckiest, one or the other.

Pretty easy to find out who is the "biggest" pirate.
All participants may eve-mail their height either in cm or inch and their weight in kg or us-lbs. I will figure out the rest, BMI and such, and will post the biggest pirate on these very forums

Gate camping is a peice of cake, but I have more respect for belt hunters due to additional pilot skill required.
i think what he wanna say is the fact iskies makes you one of the best pirates. and it seems this guy is doing ways more iskies with ganking than with ransoming. depending on where you gank and how much money your targets fitted into their ship, there is nothing wrong about it...

What i know is that the pirate corps that are still active are all very good corps that where able to adapt and survive till now. We've had these posts a lot of times now, and though I find them interesting to read, it doesn't alter the fact, that people hope to see their own name in on of the replies.
I understand that, who wouldn't like to be a known player in the game.
How do you define a pirate then? The first person I think about is Ryan Routine. He was extremely efficient when he joined us in TunDraGon, though he almost never participated in camps or hunts. He simple flew around, alone, killing other players, often outnumbered, and he was sooo good at it! Or Lifewire for being so focused on staying in a business that most other people consider obsolete.
Being famous for posting 100 times a day in these forums doesn't nominate anyone for the title of the best pirate.
We fly around, sometimes in groups of 2-6 people, but mostly alone, we kill anything we see, ransom, pod, grief and whatever. Does that qualify us as pirates or is it only gatecampers who are true pirates?
But, to keep it on topc, here is my list of people I would think twice about engaging!
- Tenacha Khan (got me into the pvp-business) - Lifewire (the grand-old man in pvp) - Axel (that man's got some skills, AND he drives Mercedes ) - Ryan Routine (I never saw a man get that many BS-kills solo without a single loss) - Rachdaheem Koundalour (I just love that Dutch accent )

Why do you fit stabs on your Raven? Not to save the cost of the ship. Don't act like you fear the isk sink of losing your Raven. Frigates can catch cruisers in a split second. Why wouldn't you fit stabs on a cruiser? They're not invuln to anything. They're much easier to kill than a Raven with stabs. Remember it's not about fitting stabs to save isk from the isk sink of a Maller or something. It's about getting ganked and losing your pod as well pride. The same reasons you fit on a Raven silly.

Because the raven and cruiser are being used for different forms of tactics and are being used against different types of forces. If I were flying around in cruisers I think stabs would be too much of a hinderence. The way they use their ravens stabs are a bonus.

I'm sure he's close to that. All he used to do was run around the outer fringe of 0.0 and kill alliance miners/npc'ers in his vagabond. I bumped into him out in ASCN space one night and we teamed up for some double vagabondage...and we got plenty of bs kills just that one night. If he does that every night, he'd easily get up to 250 bs kills. The funny part is that he doesn't even bother picking up most of the loot...

Yeah, well when you have a vaga bpo and get free vagas I guess you dont really need loot. Hes a perfect example of a "pirate" who gets tons of kills, but generally sucks. He has prolly lost close to 40-50 vagas, and all of his kills are mining/npcers. But still, props on all those solo kills.

He may not be the best, but he's 10x more skilled than the average sniper. Having a vagabond bpo probably causes him to take more risks than most, which would explain all the losses. Flying solo in 0.0 in a vaga can be dangerous. In order for me to make it profitable I had to stay consciously focused on getting kills, getting loot and getting out. If you don't care about the loot, and you don't even really care if you make a profit, then the losses would come quickly.

Oh I agree, don't get me wrong. The fact that he belt hunts alone makes him better than any empire sniper. Not only is sniping pretty skilless, empire sniping is even worse. Painball is quite skilled, don't get me wrong, he is obviously good with the scanner etc, but I see him being mentioned (in those e-peen waving threads on corp and alliaces) as one of the best PVPers in eve, which is quite obviously false.

Piracy is what exactly? You're asking for the biggest pirate when there could be up to a dozen different definitions of what constitutes a pirate in EVE and what doesn't. Piracy is not a real profession, its something the players came up with. You can't go on the market and buy skills/modules to become a true pirate.
So being a pirate is not much different from being a PVPer with nbsi ruleset. The only difference is you lose security status, and maybe ransoms are involved. But that implies corps like DNA are not pirates, because they operate in Syndicate? Or does that imply you're not a pirate if you don't bother with ransoms? Or maybe piracy is all about earning isk from people's death, which makes suiciding pests in Jita the biggest pirates ever, or the tech 2 bpo profiteers who revel in 200mil HAC prices.
Piracy is image, and the biggest pirate is the one that can retain this image throughout the billion nerfs and game mechanic changes that manage to weed out the wannabes. That doesn't mean you have the best pirate labelled. As pointed out a lot of that image gets built up from forum whoring, or for doing something ridiculously easy two years ago, like sitting at a JIP or camping an empire chokepoint, or abusing broken mechanics to annoy people.
The best pirate is also the best pvper, because he is the one you can't kill, and that has nothing to do with the above.

In my opinion, the "biggest pirate" should take into account quality as well as quantity. Sniping 5 day old T1 frigate pilots from 175km with a slew of WCS fitted in a Megathron in the same 2 systems to make over 1000 kills would not qualify for this.

For a so called pirate, swisher sure has lost his npc raven often to my old corp and smacktalked without daring to fight me 1v1 or even 2v1.
I'm not old enough to know much about the Jokers but I do know that Tank was the one of the oldie pirates I knew most of.
As for newer ones, I'd say Ryan Routine was the best one... soloing is ftw no matter what anyone says. I remember when he was in G while I was in RKK and all the bobbits shook in their boots at the mention of his name and they tracked him almost whereever he went
Wow..just got the 4th page and just had to see ya masta...reasons being npcing..is to adapted to new things inorder to get dreads delivered and such..which if you havent checked my sec is dropping again...dont confuse tactics in npcing or doing other things and not still being hardcore in pirating ways..just tactics without the use of allainces or major corps..I have never been one to use major corps for my own gain and never will....reasons why I dont 1vs1 you cause in the light of you losing I would get blobed..been around the block long enough to know ...as a pirate I fight at my own battle field not yours...we dont just shake hands and smile while fighting...I choose who to fight when I want to fight in 1vs1..and you just havent made that list yet..but I'll let you know when you do..

Made it to the last page..for my comments on the subject..
The best pirate
This as some others agree is very hard to label one person with the title cause there are all styles and defs to a pirate.
From my 3 years ingame...
I would say best well known EVE would be Tank CEO w/ respect. Personally I would say Borg Fusion who is inactive only to train ...due to RL ....and I know if Borg was posting he would say Tank also.. I know Tank mentored Borg back in the day when Ravens where rare...and thus made borg who he is today ..
But it will always be hard to find the perfect pirate..cause us pirates are from our own breed some came ingame as pirate some like myself came in as a miner...then saw the light of the big picture and did our own thing and did anything we could to make a buck..then evolved into who we are today..
Each pirate has there story...each pirate has there honor or none ..each pirate is different...but you will always find the ones that brag the most arent anything only wishing to be something in eve.
The ones you find elite in the group to be Elite Pirates are the ones with class and style stick to there own play of the game and except nothing less to the ones that try to claim there title or level of respect...cause that only comes with time and kills and class....
As to some of the posts about me...I dont think of myself as the best...I think myself as a pirate and a player that does what he has to without suckering in with 2nd accounts to make my billions or lifestyle in eve. I gank people cause I enjoy it but always try to keep to myself never looking for fame or whatever...But I always respect the people I know oldschoolers back in the day such as Tank CEO and others...
To the noobs that want to be pirates and blah blah about there killz..that fine..we just sit back and laugh..cause who do you think made your way for you to claim ...HEY I"M a pirate with -10 sec...
I'll keep on being in eve as a pirate and doing what I do but in the end its always about yourself your tactics and your play n game...make it your worth and enjoy your path you make...cause one min you might be everything ..next..your solo...will you make something of yourself or attach yourself to a allaince or a name just to get respect..or will you hold your own ..and do what you have to and not care about what anyone else might think... thus every pirate is different and unique.

Edited by: PainBall on 02/03/2006 20:51:32 Well pvp-ing in 0.0 for miners/npc-ers maybe its not so good looked at but at least its better in my opinion then to sit at a gate for inncoent passangers. Thats empire basicly for n00bs passing by and i dont think in 0.0 are few weeks n00bs like u can find in empire ... Anyway 0.0 pvp-ing is really hard now and CCP should do something like eliminating the cloacked person in local cos is boring to travel so many jumps and they jst jump at their pos when they sniff u ... its so annoying. Good thing i hear now they`ll make most dmg dealer gets the mail as well so npc`s wont steal so many kills :) So ginger i maybe look for fame to kill peeps cos i`m not interest in their loot but its jst a game man and frankly i was really depressed beeing blobbed and beeing camped with bubbles and such but i guess thats life ... cruel :P Cya in space and hf at whatever u do! cos thats all this game`s about :)
PS i also like alot ryan routine but man flying a bs its really hard solo cos of the lack of speed so u really have to be patient after getting 1 kill cos of the blobbin` :)

you think you were the first to be -10? lol at that. I remember your post about when it did happen and I also remember that most of us in Tundragon/Teddybears were -10 well before. And it aint like its a big deal it shows nothing and means nothing
Also like to add that Tank went -10 within a few weeks after the security status rewrite, he made a post and I believe it was one of his last.
from war deccing in empire with -1.5 to ganking in rancer to -10, 2 weeks for myself, lifewire, kjewla, myal terego and I believe chode as well.
oooh security status means sooooo much
If you think you are the most ebil somehow then you are nothing but dilusioned because you have done nothing that we didnt do ten times better, evil is a group of pirates intentionaly locking down all the major low sec chockepoints turning general discussion into a debate over FE etiquette not poncing around ostingele

As much respect as possible to all piarates. Lately ill admit my pvp skills have been slipping. But thats another story. I have flown with Swish, Borg, and Tank. All 3 are very talented and should be feared. My vote for over all revered and feared name goes to tank. my vote for over all good guy and knows how to kill lots of **** and gets the bigger picture of things goes to swish. But for over all best piarate ive ever known who always looked for a fight and who i would love to fly with again one day if he ever comes back, would have to be Borg Fusion.
No disrespect to anyone else, but Borg is a great guy to talk to, fly with, and hell he will even shoot the sh*t with you after he kills you.

Yes I do kill a lot of noobs when I camp a system I have never denied it.The fact is I pirate because I like the fame and I like to make isk out of it.For around 1200 or more kills I lost one bs.Obviously with the loot that was collected from those kills I have made a substantial profit on this particular camp.I even destroyed another tech 2 bpo while doing it unluckily for me. Your kill/loss ratio is substantially inferior to mine and u have lost a hell of lot of very expesnive tech 2 cruisers and apparently u dont even collect the loot from your kills. But that is way u prefer to play and I have no objection to it.Like I previously posted every pirate is different and if they are truely successful they can afford to pirate on their own terms. A lot of pirates come and go from -10 to postive. One test of 'biggest' is longevity. Those who can stay the course and maintain their noteriety and kills for years and successive patches are clearly in that category.

Tank Borg and Swish are some of the best you will see in the game at doing what they do and I have yet to meet anyone I would rather cause mayhem with instead of Swish or Borg good times.

The first time I ever felt awe in the game was seeing borg taking on 3 bs in his raven, with only me in a rax. I got instaploded but it is something I will always remember. He had to warp out and didnt actually kill any of them, It just looked sweet.
Ive posted on this thread a ****load of times and I only now just read the op, as to the question who is the pirate to most fear? Well the one who happens to have you locked and scrambled and imagine.

Waywatcher deserves a mention, and all the pirates that camped Sarum prime when it was 0,4, those where the days.
I like Atuf , Snigg ,Huff, and pirates that try to ransom.
As for consistant anti piracy CVA and PIE for killing everything with a low sec or suspected to wear a wooden leg and a parrot on their shoulder since 2003.

Really m8, do you think that post was serious I made ?, it's called 'bait', and you just bit. Don't take yourself so serious, I don't, it's just a game
I've played along side tank quite alot in the past and though I have respect for his rep he has built in game, the guy seems totally obsessed with 1 vs 1s and him and his corp will go back on any agreement they make with you just for a cheap kill.
btw, I know how long you have been in eve, I learnt alot of my initial ratting tactics from reading your posts on eve-i.

Tiller...yes I'm very serious ingame most people that know me know I take everything seriously cause you always have a angle to play or whatever and you most never show weakness...this is why pirating is a speical breed. Not quite, I just logged into eve and my ship was still docked and in one piece
It seems being a forum warrior seemingly counts for nothing, though I have noticed my resists go up slightly everytime I post
Thanks Trey and tyra for your post about me...
Tiller...yes I'm very serious ingame most people that know me know I take everything seriously cause you always have a angle to play or whatever and you must never show weakness...this is why pirating is a speical breed. Just not something you pick up on the weekend then go back to your normal ways on the week. its a lifestyle a attutide a sense of doing on your own and not being carebeared into allainces or mega corps.
-swish
You make some good points.... I used to take eve real serious and respect other peoples ships, pods and opinions. Then came the smack and hate mail and well.. I just don't give a *&^% any more. If it flys near me I'll shoot it. If it shoots back I'll still kill it, or maybe just run away. If I kill it I'll 'lol' in local and reply to smack with a 'ohboohooo' (people really hate that after losing a ship). What ever floats ya boat in eve, there is one thing I think we'll all agree... it's the dam finest game ever made no doubt
Maybe we'll meet at a gate one day, flagged, and shoot it up abit, though with the current increase in players the odds are stacked against that happening.

-swish
well I don't claim to be the best, but imho I'm the first to reach a TRUE -10. If anyone can prove otherwise with a screenshot then of course you are worthy to camp a gate with me anytime.
I suppose this makes me the most ebil, not biggest...
This is why I hate noobs...first off I didnt calm I was the best....2nd you try to pull my sec currently atm...with a -10...notice when I said -10 was ref to noobs that get -10 and think there the hot stuff....I've been at -10 for over a year before...have to remember...I've been ingame forever...so I think I made my point ..hope you can keep up ..just sit back and dont say anything at all too me unless you have a soild point..or if I know you ..mmmk..makes you look really blunt when you come out with statements you can't back ..

When they are refering to -10, I believe tiller means perfect -10 which is displayed under your corperate membership information which takes 100-200 pods after your char show info sheet shows -10.

The days when people would panic when they entered local with Lord Zap, TankCEO, TWD, Trevedian etc. has long passed...
Kills are much harder to get now than they used to be, people are more careful, and the carebears have found a way to blob effectively often enough so they won't need to fight.
Take Ginger Magician, for example, you'll see almost all of his kills are frigs and pods and that he has a a less than 3 to 1 kill ratio for battleships. Thats laughable for a pirate!
Besides, I'm much more well known than him anyway

My bs kills are all entirely solo and I only ever fly bs.That is why this ratio is not as good as other pirates and never will be.If I was even to fly in a small 3-5 man gang I could quite easily get 10 bs kills a day.On most other ships I have a record of more than 300-0.Who the **** are u anyway.I have never even heard of u.Plz check this thread for how many times your name has been menetioned except by yourself. im prob in a good position to answer this.
1.tank ceo 2.lord zap 3.jOrt 4.viceroy 5.valeria 6. xpohoc 7. zarq. 8.lifewire 9. chode 10.hanns
these are the old school pirates, the guys that know what they are doing... if they are still around their knowledge will only have increased.
ppl like ginger magician would be unable to compete with most good pvpers in eve due to low skill points and by prob having many stabs, the guys iv mentioned above would go toe to toe with pirate hunters and vets and do well.

He also used a Large Smartbomb and Insta Popped my pod, I lost (my first and only) +5 perception implant on that character. An expensive lesson.

Ok...look every pirate is unique and diffent in there own ways....we all have our styles and labels thus to make our own..In EvE there is no great pirate or persons to be of threat only what you make it in your own minds...every ship has its fittings every pirate his there weak point..either in people with em or there tank against 5vs1 odds.............A pirate in Eve is someone that does what they wish when they want...

Now that I have played for a while I have a new definition of a pirate. I say a pirate does all of the above, he/she raids mining parties, jumps groups of ratter's, etc. But a pirate leaves the noobs alone, and doesn't camp gates. Those are not pirates they are just sad. I have met a few pirates with very low security standing's, one of them helped me. They asked if I would be willing to pay them for safe passage, I did. Not much mind you I am a poor person in eve. I have gotten into very good conversations with some, they were in a belt that I almost warped into. But overall they were very freindly but wouldn't think twice about tearing into your ship.

Trevedian has been around alot longer than you boy.
He was in Mass back when they were a big force. They used to come and try to smash our blockades up in FD-MLJ when i was stil in m0o. I dare say that was long before you thought of creating your little character. Sure i've read plenty of posts about you, sure your apparently well known, caus i guess the first guy to shoot you in your ibis when you just opened your account sticks in your mind and you wanna mention it to see who the guy is?
Personally if I were you id do a little research on who is who before you open your mouth.

I guess it depends on where in eve your based in. Myself i was based in the north for awhile on my alt and there where not a huge amount of people that i would avoid there where ever a few however i.e SNIGG (not sure if they are based there but i saw a few).
But when i moved to the south there was alot more activity which you have to look out for, but i just listen to local atm to see who people are talking about.

We may or may not use stabs, but we NEVER use stabs on through away ships.
ok What?
ive was asking to be friendly to you? lmao? i hate you guys except mebbie Heinky and kickass and then they wernt in BE when i was asking to be friendly with them which was also a Very long time ago. Ive never asked you to fight alongside me, i would be ashamed.
It wasnt long ago i was in IRON space fending your dampening ravens of the carebears. in which il add i did with me in an apoc and a friend in a megaT u ran as soon as u woke a few more frigs up. there were about 5-6 of u.
and also i said i dont discourage 1 or 2 stabs but u donate all 5 to em!
so dude wtf u on about? your corp is infamous in eve along with Ginger Magician as smacktalkers bad sportsmanship and stabbers, we run? we simply pass you by your a waste of good game time.
Also do not judge me along with the rest of my corp, BM-C are damned good players altho i do not play along side them much im generally solo within the corp and in a different region. im sure theres a couple members of BE that are not completly high on themselves Heinky is one kickass actually turned out to be quite pleasent, why take the high road and simply lay down on this one i reckon ive got most of the eve community's backing here.

Man this topic is getting long. To be honest, I cosider Ginger an outlaw but not a pirate. More purse snatcher. Ya he'll mug and murder you, but he's no pirate. Theres no point in not ****ing him off, he'll kill you anyway. See ya round Ginger.
Meh, I really have no problems with real pirates, but camper's and ganker's are just anoying. I'll have to admit, Ginger has done good for himself, he has a Mega and alot of T2 goodies if I recal correctly. Why he camp's I don't know, seems boring to me. Well see ya'll later. I still wonder who will collect the 21 million dollar bounty on his head.

Well, I am just such a loveable person Thx for the kind words m8, nice to be known by someone.
But I am afraid that some of the kindness has faded recently, because people don't really want to pay ransoms anymore
About this thread - someone said that pirates should be like this and not like this etc. CUT IT OUT! Pirates are vile, mean, killing machines. Pirates worry about themselves, making money off other people's misery and so on.
Now, some corps/players have chosen a path of some degree of "nobility", meaning that we speak to people politely, keeping our word and honoring the fight (not breaking into arranged 1on1's etc.!) This was the way of things when I joined TunDraGon, when I joined Teddybears, and this is still the way of things in Exotic Dancers. But don't get me wrong - we are pirates, and we are more interested in making money by killing you, than being your friend. We just don't smack and act like children.
And we will never agree on anyone to be the best, though I think it's settled that Tank CEO is the most famous..or might I say infamous.
Personally, I say Ryan Routine.
Now, quit the whole Ginger-thing. Most of us know who he is, we've all rolled our eyes over his stupid comments in local sooner or later, but that's just him. Take it as a part of the game instead of making a thread to be about him, m'kay.

Just my 2p.
Avon, Tank CEO, Lifewire, VGB2R (spelling?) are all pilots whom I've seen in action. I would give them a wide berth/broadside ;)
As Ginger reminds everyone every time I post in one of his threads. He destroyed me once, I was in a mining barge. He was in a geddon, which instantly safespotted and logged. He then came back with his alt to loot and smack.
But at the end of the day, noone respects you. The next time I am down in your part of the world in a ship even capable of taking out a battleship, I'll have a go. And I am sure of either two things, you'll either run when I am winning, or you'll win and smack/gloat for 30 minutes.

I would be surprised if u have seem those players in action.Tank is virtually a myth to be honest.I think I have only ever come across him once or twice in the 3 years that I have been playing.Actually as I have posted before no true great pvper in EVE will come looking for another pirate of similar calibre because for one its risky and for two there is unlikely to be a fight or a profitable engagement. It would be nice to have some sort of dueling system like they do in WOW actually.A fair test of combat on both sides and no severe penalties for either party win or lose. This may be less exciting but I think its is the only way u can get the real pvp giants to meet.No one is gonna accept a 1v1 in other circumstances and the chances of running into other players grow less as the server populatuon increases. A few noobs who thought thery were good players have come looking for me a few times. Not really worthy of menetion as great pvpers in EVE but in all cases they relied on what they read on the forums about my skills. In all cases they left in pods or as corpes or with their tails between their legs running at max speed:)

I agree with Digi, if you could create a single definition of pirate, we might be able to find "the best".
Personally, I think people using warp core stabilizers in PVP should be tied to a tree and left to die, but that's just my personal opinion.
People who dishonor 1v1's should recieve the same treatment.
At the end of the day, whether you won or lost, if you feel good about yourself, I think you can call yourself an accomplished PVP'er. This game is full of people who are afraid of taking risks, wussies who will do nothing but run away and then return with greater numbers. Those people don't deserve to undock. The ballsy ones, the ones willing to engage outnumbered, the ones with the smarts, their names are the ones worth mentioning here.
Fight for fun, not to win, there is no win.

I have stabbs now to avoid PvP. I am not very good and our corp has just declared war so ya. *Swig's some Coffee*
The pirates in this gane just seem to gank. I know they are in it to make isk. But Cruisers don't have very good loot on them, Frigs, Haulers, and the such have crap mostly. Like my hauler has 8551 of ore. Talk about wasting your time. Speccily when you are in BC. That and we tend to kill attackers that do that stuff before they get all the ore, or any of it.
