- No client memory leak
- No chat channel text-alignment bugs
- Full keyboard alternatives for all mouse actions
- More client options on interface modification (like being able to switch off the context panel attached to objects in space)
- Some T2 BPO's in my hangar

Would love to see:
- Planets being used in some way (colonization etc) - Small Properties to own in space(small homes/bases for players and small corporations) - 3D Scanning Interface - No Macro Miners - More non combat related content (things to do in space) - Science Ships (Archeology etc) - Better system for smuggling (perhaps a Blackmarket addition to the Markets)and the skill properly developed into the game.

primary : tech 3 modules (which has same stats as best officer or complex modules, but need a expanded specialisation)
secondary: reduce lag with high playercounts, bugfixes and a better balance between races and ships. So it won't be anythink to cry for...

Well lets see planetary interaction and planetary flight are planned factional warfare re kali. By then also hte jove expansion should be in place or very close to being put in so more ships - t3 ships and other modules oh and CEO tools and days since last login info

I'd like to see the eve universe feeling a bit more 'real'.
I'd like to be able to land on, and trade with planetary populations, as well as the usual market system.
I'd also like a bit more backstory to certain areas of space could be on a planetery or constellation level (or even regions), which would explain needs for certain types of commodity in certain areas. This sort of thing happens in one or two places but I'd like there to be political info for planets and or starsystem, which can be used in making trading decisions. In 0.0 this political info could relate to alliance sovereignty, and in empire it can relate to NPC storylines, and related market effects.
As it is, I find EVE to feel more like an arena, than a truly immersive environment. Despite all its lovely graphics, and marvelous complexity, in many ways I felt more as if I were actually in space playing Elite II frontier for all its problems. (perhaps just rose-tinted spectacles)
Im not sure the game needs any more toys (ships/items) right now, for me the best use of the next 6 months would be to work on stability and performance issues - as numbers seem to only increase, while trying to make the eve universe a bit more immersive in terms of regional character and planets.

An in-game regional wide only auction system, and ditch Escrow. God forbid we get more players the Sell Orders forum is chaos with the levels we are at. And by ridding ourselves of the sad scammer on escrow it would promote actual communication between players and make EVE seem bigger. 
I know theres a contracts system coming in Kali (Supposedly) but I've not heard the full details of it. -------------------------------------------------

I'd really like to see new T1 ships to replace old ones, as in empires updating their space forces by replacing their crap ships with new designs of some sort. I mean, things become obsolete and new ships take their place, right? :P -----

I would like to see the ship-on-ship bug become an optional feature as it was fun to hit warp and suddenly have an itty mk 5 appear to stab through your ship ^^
Seriously maybe some more T1 shippies and maybe also some addition to the tutorial to teach new players to run away from big nasty flashing red squares >.<

I'd like to see some fast paced mining action. Something frigate based in complexes with frig only mining lasers that mine and refine in one hit. Warping from one rock to another picking up trit, iso or even zyd and mega (probably mostly trit though). Avoiding, or even engaging, rats based on complex difficulty, hell bent on stopping your mining operations.

No way 1 year's time, but maybe 10.
BF2 style FPS battles with vehicular combat set on stations, planets, maybe even enemy motherships?
For instance to capture planets for your race or corp, and marine teams to sabotage stations or capture hostages/free hostages.
You would need to dock your ship on the station/mothership/planet and then maybe load up a different client. The battles would be hosted on seperate servers but linked to the main eve server so that things like planetary bombardment and changes in objective would update between the servers.

Some more niches for smaller corps.
Exploring, make it a real profession with specialized ships and skills. Remove the static stuff.
Differences in systems and regions.
More 0.0. Some places are getting quite full already and when I project the player growth one more year ahead ...
And I really hope they don't build any planet landing or FPS shooting elements.

A graphical overhaul on concord battleships, and some of the other tier 1 ships.
Graphical overhaul on the old character generator, I compared the new bloodlines with the old and the old looks horrible dated. The difference is redicilously big.
AND YES CCP, ADD EYE PATCH OPTION!

Id like more interactive stations so i can walk around in one and sight see when alone and play minigames. I'd also love to gamble with my iskies, playing poker with some mates at the station bar when we're bored of everything or camped in a station, and not just poker! Maybe minmitar slave racing convert of mario cart or something with our avatars on top.
Having all your ships lined up in a hanger where you can see them all would be cool and viewing others rare ships in theirs.
Also giving your ships a paint job with corp and alliance logos.
