I can confirm that CODE was deployed when our Savior of high sec, James 315, saw that the EVE server was not CODE-compliant in at least 3 ways:
1) it did not have or display a Mining Permit in it's bio or launcher page.
2) It was not using CODE-compliant software to effectively detect and ban AFK/bot-miners.
3) The network admin was on a drunk AFK auto-piloting pub-roam around London, also without a Mining Permit.
Since CCP was allowing hundreds of thousands of miners to AFK/bot-mine every day without a Mining Permit we had to hyper-dunk the server and pod the network administrator. The server reboot is taking longer than normal because the network admin forgot to install a jump clone near the server in London before starting his drunk AFK auto-piloting pub-roam and now has to catch the only flight back there from his home system in Iceland on a slow-ass Charon! All this could have been avoided if they just accepted James 315 as their Savior of high sec and bought a Mining Permit from any Knight of the New Order.
