I'm currently fitting 20 ships using the Fitting Management window. I've done this numerous times recently, same ship, same fit.
However, since the patch, the client does not seem to recalculate the powergrid properly. The fit includes a Power Diagnostic System II which is needed to work, but when I fit everything with the Fitting Management window, it automatically offlines the Large Shield Extender II due to lack of powergrid.
The solution is easy enough, I can immediately online the Large Shield Extender II, since it should have enough powergrid. But the client never did this before to the best of my knowledge. |

Did % completion always base itself off the remaining time divided by the total time as calculated from the attribute values at that point in time, rather than the completed percentage of SP out of the required total?
Because for a (current) 967000 SP out of 2048000 total SP for V, the % completion bar seems to be sitting around 35% or so. |

Yes, there seems to be something off with boosting which I wish devs would acknowledge since there have been several posts about it already. I imagine this is something related to the fleet bonus or wing commander/fleet booster changes.
My fleet has had issues with the Mining Forman - Laser Optimization II module not providing any cycle reduction. We tried swapping wing/squad commanders/orca pilots, relogging, docking/undocking, jumping to the next system and everytime, the cycle boost refused to work in this one system.
We thought it maybe it was a UI error so we timed the cycle but it came out to be the advertised unboosted cycle. Eventually we discovered that moving to another wing *and* system seemed to resolve the issue partially...
Hopefully this gets resolved soon. |

Change the range by holding 'alt' and dragging the arrows that appear. Change the distance between probes by holding 'ctrl' and dragging the arrows that appear...

That is a good question. I never really paid attention and I'm not sure how the programming is handled, but it seems to be how it works. |

another borked thing in the new system map: I now need to move my mouse over the custom formation and click it instead of having it selected in the custom formation button itself, like it is in the old map. This is another point making the new map worse than the old system.

This, I think, is more broken than realized.
Having just activated a MPTC,I cannot start a queue on this character even with zero other queues running. Doing so offers to sell me another MPTC.
I've logged out... and in... and out... and in... etc.
I've stopped and started queues on all other characters. Nothing I do will allow me to start a queue on this character.

Looks like most of my scanning issues have been listed already except this one:
Using combat probes to look for cosmic signatures will show not only the sigs but every structure within the probes range. This occurs even if using a custom filter to look only for sigs (relics/data/WH etc). Switch back to core probes and no problems. Using Sister's probes so not sure if it occurs with other flavours. |

There seem to be a lot of issues regarding rubberbanding, overshooting, undershooting, double-warp-in, double-aligning and so on, with the current release. At least more than usual. As well ships alignment-snapping is awfully high as well.
Session transfers (gate/docking) take unusually long, even in low population systems, up to a point where even traffic control is kicking in, but with a wrong countdown, letting you pass the gate much sooner than displayed.
On the new probe-map, probes are sometimes missing their gizmos, this can be resolved by holding one of the formation modifiers (alt/shift).
The heartbeat like speedups and slowdowns are back in some high population areas (regardless of client PC load, i.e. FPS is somewhat stable). |

After a fleet warp we lost 2 boosts, 1 got enabled again, had to drop fleet and be invited a gain to start up boost again.

Received multiple reports for mining boosts not working. Some links like the range boost works but the cycle time reduction is not working. This is the same with orca ond rorqual boosts. |

Here's a good one.
POCOs coming out of RF have 90% shield (as if recharging since DT) and have very inconsistent timers when RFd. Some are under 24 hours, one was over 48.

1. Beta map lags client down completely rendering it virtually unusable. 2. When warping anywhere the distance does not update. For example if I warp to gate 20 au away it remains 20au in my overview even when I land at zero. Persist through gate changes and dock/undocks. 3. In hud where your speed is located it's randomly getting stuck saying "warping" and will not show my speed I log on off that fixes it but it's happened multiple times. 4. Game in general feels unstable with lots of lag. A considerable amount more then normal. |

I finished training Caldari Offensive Systems to V before the patch.
After the patch - still showing DPS I had with the skill trained to IV.

I am training Torpedoes V, i had effects from an advanced bloord raider cerebral accelerator and time left until completion was 7 days. Now it seems that the effects from the blood raider booster vanished (Torpedoes V training time returned to 11 days) and that should be normal i think. But in the character selection screen it still shows accelerated training time (7 days) as if the blood raider booster is still active. External tools like EVE Mon are still showing accelerated training time too. |

Was the Discovery (ice mining frigate) supposed to be released with Parallax?
Asking, as the icon is there in ISIS, on mouseover the popup is blank. Showing info, Description just says "placeholder", there are no attributes, no resists, no fitting.
It is also not apparently discoverable through venture bpc invention runs (BHC only shows the Prospect as an inventable), it does not appear as inventable from the industry UI on venture BPCs. |
