It's not Charon like "ch" = chalk or "ch" = cherry
It's pronounced "kair-on", as in "Cher" = Kerr in "Kerry"
Care-on would be a slightly exaggerated version of it. But it's not a soft ch, it's a hard ch. As in Chemistry, Chameleon etc.
Just so you can now resume sleeping at night, and all.

Depends on the source, but the Styx is the most widely known. Read the Divine Comedy and other sources, however, and the Acheron is mentioned. If not the whole thing, Inferno is well worth the read .

I pronounce it like the name Sharon. It confuses people on TS. It's awesome. I usually go out of my way to pronounce stuff correctly though. It iritates me when people pronounce Gallente incorrectly. ------------ Combat miner |
