Hi Guys
I have some Question:
I had a navy raven few weeks ago and did every single lvl 4 mission on my own.
Now i sold and the question is can i do the same with a normal raven with a setup from my old CNR?Except i have only 6 launcher then 7 but i s this the only diffrence
And i know anything is wrong with my character picture but i like it!

Lmao... That character pic wins the forum for today 
I had some very funny similar effects on my ingame char pics when I turned off the depth buffer in game (meaning the hair on the back being visible on the face), but stuff like that should not happen to your website char pic, or should it?
Maybe that happens when creating a new char in a client with depth buffer turned off?
To the topic at hand, as already said, yes you can. One more slot for NOS might even mean you will have an easier time tanking, even though your gank suffers of course.

In answer to your original question, you should be OK with a normal Raven (depending on your skills), just go in cautiously the first time you do each mission, and prepare to warp out if things don't go to plan.
However can I suggest you open visual communication with the Guristas when you first warp in? Then kill them all while they're busy laughing and saying "wtf"!

About raven. I was able to tank on it without rigs, with XL SB II, Dread Giristas IF, and SB amp I in mid, and 2X PDS II in low. And that was 4m SP char.
Tis wasnt an easy task, but i wasnt lost it so long. With 3X CCC rigs and gist XL SB it will be realy easy.
THough now i fly CNR.

To the OP, depends on the setup. If it was the cookie-cutter one, you might have to change your PDS and BCU's around a bit for a bit more tank.

Let's face the facts. If a regular Raven and a Navy Raven face off, the Navy will hold it's face to the fire. Face to face, I'd give it to the Navy Raven. Of course, tactics come into play. Are the 2 ships facing each other? That could change the face of the whole debate. Either one should do well though when facing NPC's. Facing pvp opponents will be even easier though since uncontrolled laughter makes it much more difficult to control your ship.
BTW, I had to put internet radio on in my office here as I was getting funny looks laughing so hard. Yes, there were tears!

i will not fall for any trap and stay completely on topic:
if you already know you can fit your mods on the normal raven, it wont be a problem, just roughly 1/7 slower (im pretty sure i made a minor mistake there, but i guess its accurate enough)
the only really noticeable difference comes from the launcher slot.
one word of advice tho:
Cloaking module goes HIGH slot.
not IMPLANT slot.

Honestly, most level 4 missions are perfectly doable in a stock low-brow Raven, so fitting out a CNR for them takes a certain amount of cheek. That said, the CNR's better tank lets you take it on the chin a little harder, but be foreheading out you might want to include your skills list so you can get some better fitting advice, unlips you just want generic fits.
Your fit looks okay, though 3 shield amps + 1 active hardener (all rat-spec) can make a significant difference in your cap vs. 4 actives, or so I ear.
I'm sorry to see your serious question thread has been treated like such a jawk. Just have face that someone here nose the answer.
