When I press play the jukebox rapidly moves through the list top to bottom without playing anything, then the game freezes...

Significant user setting problem: Cannot reset snap distances from the main menu. It simply doesn't remember being clicked.

If your documents and settings folder resides on a FAT32 partition, you get this popup window although you are starting EVE on an administrator account.
I converted that partition to NTFS and then the problem was gone.
If you have upgraded from Win95/98 and kept your partitions, it's likely that they are still FAT32. Here is a link how to convert to NTFS: http://www.mvps.org/marksxp/WindowsXP/fatntfs.php
The basic command that has to be typed into the console is 'convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs' and then schedule it to the next reboot like described there.

Moving the cache and logs to comply with vista is fine, but having all logs etc forced in to the same directories even from different client installations is a serious ball ache guys.
Theres loads of people running multiple accounts, with multiple client installs (I run 1 seperate install for each account) SPECIFICALLY to keep the logs and stuff seperate.
Arse.

All settings lost. I knew it was unevitable cause it happens to me after every patch. However it's every time such a major pain in the !%& again. And again. And again.

The "checking status/connection to the server was closed" bug has still not been fixed. I cannot see any of the new content, as the client refuses to go any farther than the login screen, just as it has done for the past 6 days.
Will someone please look into this?

What i would like to know is why is the amount of users so small normaly its around 20k and i can still log on now there is 9k and a LONG wait lol but other then that good job on getting done a head of time =)

got some funny sound clipping when using the autohide function of the netcom bar.
and when turned off, sound clipping occurs when i ctrl-tab.
the rest is wonderful a bit laggy but very nice

Overview settings=wiped
For every new transaction you have to hit "load" on personal wallet, kind of annoying for some of us marketers.
About the heat icons? is there a way to disable them?
They are jammed right between the module rack and ship status indicators. In lag or in heated engagements, might accidentally turn them on when we don't mean to. There are a few options like lock overload etc, but of course, no documentation on what it means.

Confirmed, all my overview settings, window positions, colors, all reset. Some of my friends did not have to reset this stuff. What do I do to get it all back? Give me some customer service damnit! NOW!
I do not look forward to sitting for an hour in space redoing all of my overview settings. Please tell me how to restore this stuff.

Yeah, me too. I really do wish such a simple thing to fix would get fixed, but noooo.... I really could care lessa bout all these new 'features', just give me my settings back.
Seriously, is this done on purpose? Any half witted coder could make this stuff redundant so that if it loses the file (how I have NO idea), it could easily be restored. I have backups, but last time I tried to restore on my own I had to reinstall from a fresh download because eve thought I had a corrupt install.

When I tried to log on, the player count wass 9454, and I was told I am 101 in queue. There are now 12329 players on, and I have not been processed...

Can you POSSABLY make it so if you wait in queue to log in and have to log out while their is still a queue line, maybe make it so it remembers whos loged in in the past minute or two so we don't have to wait ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Id also be nice if when our spot comes up, it gives us a moment if our password is wrong it would give is time to correct it instead of shoving us to the Back.
THAT said, can you maybe post an expansion or patch that Doesn't Reset our interface settings every dam time? I sick and tired of redoing my overview settings constantly. And i know all of you would say "just copy the directory or whatever" but i shouldn't have to.

Two bugs:
- All my settings are gone, probably because it took the ones from Singularity (which were *way* outdated).
- Can't see anything in chat (corp, local, whatever), I can type, but after I hit enter nothing seems to happen.
Edit: cleaned up the settings in the Documents & Settings folder, and now it seems that the data migration partially managed to get back my settings: my market quickbar is here, but my overview settings are still missing. Oh well :`\

With the criminal flagging you get for repping an npc in empire space.. is this a concordable flag or just a container theft type flag? A concord flag would be bad just in case someone in a mission gang accidently starts repping an npc instead of their mate.

Just to note that the two invention implants don't list what bonus they give. Bit hard to know which one to buy or whether it is worth buying them or not. Just says it gives a bonus to invention - but what? Success, runs, ME/PE or something else?
