Quit and give me all your stuff. eve works for me so nah nah nah lol. sorry your having issues but its a game, if it dont work for you. many other games out there just as good.

Real nice attitude there - good to see you've embraced the communtity spirit and decided not to make yourself look like an immature brat.
On the eclipse issue my connection resolved on the evening on the 15th and has been fine since. At the time though my bittorrent also stopped working and I still have ongoing issues with Bulk Data when logging in.
It's good to see both Eclipse and CCP are working on the problem and getting it sorted out.

Unfortunately, I'm also with Eclipse and experiencing probs. Manage to connect occassionally, but invariably lose connection within mintues ... been like that since the last update :(
Damn glad I have a long skill training :S

Did I gank you recently or something?  It's just a game but it's also just an ISP; worst comes to worst I'll get another ISP on a different phone line to avoid any internet downtime and then cancel the Eclipse one. But for now I'm loathe to give up on Eclipse because despite a few issues now and then, they've given excellent gaming service and sub 15ms pings in competitive clan games for years.
Radamathadus - I have the same bulk data issue recently and I'm inclined to think it's something with the Eclipse->Eve routing too, because I tried the same machine on a different connection at a LAN and there was no bulk data delay at all. The bulk data issues only started at around the time the Eclipse issues began.
Ariebos - if you get the chance, open a support ticket at Eclipse. When I spoke to them yesterday, they seemed to think the issue was resolved, which it definitely isn't yet. They have some good guys at their tech support and if they get on this problem, I'm sure they'll fix it once and for all.

Arse. seems one problem gets cleared up and another gets dumped on my head

hi, im also with eclipse and i cant for the life of me connect to eve, it pings the server alright but have been rarely if ever able log in over the past few days.
have you guys managed to fix the problem? if so whats causing it? i got to about pg3 of this thread and got bored of reading it all soz.

I'm with Eclpse and the last 24hours have been awful ... can't get on this afternoon for more than a few minutes at a time.
Eclipse are their usual friendly but clueless selves. The DNS 'solution' was balderdash, of course.

i have a temporary solution that is worth a try, it worked so i could log in but then it stopped again. try puttin this as your dns settings...

Problems here too - seems to be localised around a specific time of the day though.
Everyone who is having problems needs to file a new support ticket with Eclipse btw - this will help a lot. I get the impression from them that not many people have filed tickets yet. It'll be a help in getting them to narrow down the problem to specific exchanges and such.
New thread sounds like a good idea too. The 'issue resolved' thing in the header needs to be changed.
