If I were to answer that question: No, they will be ignored. I do believe they will have a Citizen hearing instead though (mentioned on wikipedia under Action), but we all know how the mainstream US media will ridicule it. They will dig out some dirt on the people involved to discredit them and thats that.

You seem to have disregarded my earlier statement about the fact all governments in the world never agree on anything. There are many governments that would revel in showing up the US on its cover ups.

So who else besides NASA can show footage from space? The ESA doesnt focus on human spaceflight at all. NASA is the only source when it comes to pictures of the earth upper atmosphere, the space shuttle and so on.
If NASA wants to cover something up, they have every opportunity to do so. No need for other governments to know about it or cooperate with it. Its a question of national security (or can be made to be).

So that would mean that the photo's and footage that your favorite whacko's have would be coming from NASA. But if they have the footage then NASA apparantly let it out and never covered it up. or something.

Some of the most interesting footage from NASA is coming from the movie "The Secret NASA Transmissions" that was released on video back in 2001. It got released by a guy named Martin Stubbs, a former cable TV station manager from Vancouver in Canada. During a period of five years he used his stations satellite array to record 2,500 hours of space shuttle transmissions via NASAs downlink.
I wont bother posting anything from it again because I do realize you think everything up there is space junk flying around. Thats fine.

Dont really remember seeing any russian space footage. But I found a documentary about russians seeing UFO's.
Even they say the americans are covering up the UFO existence.

Well if you would show something more than brights dots I could believe it. Unless thats all that aliens fly. I remember a program possibly back in the 90's that had supposed footage of aliens fighting in space. Anybody else ever see that?
And you can also get footage from Japan and China. Japan has a satalite in space that's like the hubble.

Yeah maybe, but Ive seen enough videos and reading enough about it to be a believer. Also the disclosure project makes it very believable in my eyes.

Yes, UFO's all around the world are explained to be balloons or something else, basically. What do you call that if not a cover up? The truth? The mexicans have entire fleets over their country, filmed by thousands of people.
When I speak of a NASA coverup, I speak of the things they can control. Like what footage to show from space. They have no way of controlling the UFO sightings all over the planet.
New digital camera technology, fast internet connections and video sites are making it much easier to share sightings than it was just 10 years ago. It can no longer be brushed off as some people with overactive imaginations.

Technology, and specifically the internet and youtube, are making it much harder to cover it up.
And what does this have to do with my government?
Mexico, Russia, Europe... They are all FREE to spend as much money on UFO research as they like... They don't need our approval...
Maybe the esa and Russian space agencies should devote a portion of their funding to such an endeavor... The USA isn't going to stop them...
Rebuilding Iraq is a piece of cake task compared to covering up the UFO phenomena world wide...
We're having loads of trouble with the former, and have spent over 500 billon.
~80 billion per year is unaccounted for by the pentagon. It's doubtful they spend all of that on a UFO cover-up program...
It just does not make sense we can control all governments in the world on this issue, and not be able to fix Iraq...

Iraq in my opinion is not meant to be fixed - if you are American you should take a close look at whats going on in Iraq. Since when was American foreign policy dictated by private companies? Such as Blackwater *cough cough*
Ye well we should probably leave it at that since we're getting into politics.

I must be expressing myself poorly. NASA covers up what they want in space. Your government gives false explanations of the sightings over your country. I dont know their reasons for it, but they do. This requires NO COOPERATION with other countries at all.
Other countries see UFO's too, but USA probably have the highest concentration of them. But lately, Mexico have become a real hot spot for it. And they are not afraid to speak about it. They released it publically when their military aircrafts detected a group of about 10 UFO's on their infrared equipments. They followed them for a good while.
If you still dont believe there is something out there, I really dont know what to say.

i don't really think there are aliens around us...
if i stick to our physic laws, i doubt they would posess the power to change their body into something more "human" and i don't believe they're would need to abduct and make experiments on ppl. either if they're advanced enough to come to earth from another planet.
2 ideas that something fits more to me:
1) battlestar gallactica 2003: not the whole cylon thing, but the fact that earth is nothing but a lost colony of a very old race 2) men in black 1: not the whole alien on earth stuff, but the final scene, where the planet was in a galaxy, the galaxy was like a little ball and a huge alien was playing games with loads of small balls ;)

Well, the first one is from 1947. But aside from that, I dont know why they dont hover close to the ground, allowing people to take pictures in daylight. Most pictures and videos are shapes in the sky, filmed many kilometers away with maximum zoom. Maybe their ships would damage us if we got close. I simply dont know.

i'd rather believe that 99% of the sightnings have been from some secret airforce airplane than something from outer space

Oh, I believe in the possibility of intelligent life elsewhere in the universe.
However, I have seen ZERO proof that convinces me they are visiting earth.
All I have seen up to this point is loch ness monster type stories, pictures & videos.
If loch ness monster type stuff is all that's required to convince you that they are here, well that's just silly. You need to be more reasonable...
And if what you're saying is true about other countries, why are they so concerned to get our approval on their UFO data? They don't need a green light from my government. They can put it out there, and let the world public decide... So far what they have put out there is as usless in proving UFO's as the pictures of loch ness have been in proving the existance of that creature...

My first photo, that mountain is 8 miles away. No zoom was used. I have the ability to connect my camera to my telescope and with that I can give you fine details of the moon. I can show you scratches in the paint of a passing airplane. And the best zoom lense that we have out there for cameras can get a tigers expression from 8 miles away. You would think that one person out there could get a clear picture. Hell while I was searching up those ufo photo's I saw another one that had a ufo by a plane. You could see the jetstream from the plane clear as day and yet the UFO was smudgy. Why is that?
Edit: I find it fascinating that we can take simply awesome photgraphs of objects billions of miles away and yet we can't get a clear picture of something in our atmosphere.
Edit2: And I thought the 1968 photo was appropriate since your using the face in mars photo from the '70's.

Thats because you refuse to see what they really are. You can wait for your NASA to make an official announcement, or you can use your brain and think about what you are seeing.
One of the many mexican ufo fleets sighted
Things not in the video: birds, ballons, optical illusions. Why? They keep their formation the entire time. They move in the same direction with pretty high speed. They are filmed for a long time, and you have clouds as a reference to where they are in the sky.
There are plenty more on youtube and elsewhere.

At the beginning I thought they may have had some left over chemical weapons. I did not believe they were capable of manufacturing anything new during the no-fly zone 90's... But I would not have put it past them to try to aquire weapons from others, all Middle East countires will do that in a heartbeat if they can get away with it... Democratic presidents here in the US let them get away with such things...
I'm pretty much a middle of the road thinker & reactor. Whatever someone says something is really bad, I know it's not as bad as they say. Whenever someone says something is really good, I know it's not that good...
I've watched the UFO stuff for over 25 years now. Over time, I have realized it's 99.9% crap. I'll leave the .1% in the possible column because I can't prove it for sure...

I don't know how old you are, but I'm 34. I have been interested in UFO's since age 4. And actively watching shows about UFO's since they started appearing on TV.
I've seen all the video Jim, none of it is proof. Video alone never will be enough proof...
