I very rarely post on these forums, but I'd just like to thank MAD pact (and especially the people Ive flown with in ASCN) for a great fight.
tbh I enjoyed seeing Fitz, Joram, Gob, Kroolish et al back in local - cheers guys.

Wesley, as far as I know you were not involved in the fight for mj- on either side.
The fighting is over, there is a winner. We are leaving mj- on good terms with the people we spent the last week or so shooting at.
A good time was had by all, but in the end there was a winner and a deserved one at that in my humble opinion.
Just leave us to congratulate each other on a good fight and the fun we've all had in the past week.

Good fight all. I enjoyed that as I hope everyone else did.
I was impressed but not surprised at the skill of some of the Madpact guys - it was close at some points there.

Wesley was a top diplo in the MAD pact for the longest time...to indicate that he doesnt know what hes talking about in regards to the drone regions is to indicate that your head is so far up your ass that you havent any idea of how things work in this area.

Good Fight all round.
Learned a lot - new pc and gfx card being one of the things at the top of the list
Although the fighting tended to be preceeded by a lot of sitting around in a pos it was still fun overall. I had just about got used to the slide show that is fleet battles on my pc when I jumped into mj for the 2nd to last time (shortly before the node surrendered) shot at stuff once the grid finally loaded, got shot at, waited 5 mins for reppers to online and finally waited 11 mins for the pod to appear after receiving my loss mail.
Even with the grid loading times and lag and occasional desyncs I enjoyed my trips to mj, although hopefully one day ccp will figure out a way to reduce or even get rid of these issues. One of our pilots never did get to see that battle instead waiting over an hour for the grid to load although he did somehow survive.
Well done Smash, Roadkill and all on aquiring a new home although I hope we made you pay a little more than you expected to pay for it

Probably ;) But it was alot more fun.....
Not sure the cost in the end was a whole heap different from building one but it was ALOT more fun. If people built stations for us where we wanted them, we wouldn't ever have to build them ourselves \o/.

I think xxDeathXx are just here because they heard Miz had a Nyx for sale, and they still don't quite get the fact that he was in our alliance for the whole of about 2 weeks 9 months ago.

I'm SO bummed this is over. There are carebears in my corp who had like 2-3 kills ever who have like 30 now.
Somehow I always managed to miss it all.

Still, we didnt touch POS'ses, so K:D is the win here. Enjoy your own wrecks.

In the time from my first reply to what was a troll in what was becoming a 'good fight' thread with mutual respect from both sides, I did some asking around and discovered thet Wesley was indeed a 'top diplo' for MAD and Frege. Wesley was even described as a 'good guy' by someone Wesley told me to ask in his last post, he's in tha same corp as as me, so it want too hard to get in touch.
To Oofig - I made a congratulatory post in this thread to begin with. Do not get personal over some internet spaceships and tell me I have my 'head so far up my own ass that I havent any idea'. I know it hurts that IVC have left MAD, but tbh, you lot didnt bring it when it was needed most and your residents IO couldnt even secure 6 moons or organize stront levels so pos's came out in MADpact prime time. That is not our fault and we have to move on. The kill boards show how much we lost defending the ppl you installed as residents, so dont even go there pls.
Wesley - I wont appologise for calling you a troll, because you were at the time and you know it. I will appologise for any misunderstanding between us though, like I said, I have it on good authority that you are a good guy. (btw I'm the ubor n00b, not a NUB, check my title.)
