My charm has the explosion radius of a singularity and the explosion velocity of light. Even pre-nerf Dramiels won't save you.
Potato is a good BS; I just never trained much for drones because most of the missile ships don't bother with them. I do sometimes use sentries, though, if there are scram frigates that need blapping. Missioning in Amarr space I'm actually a huge fan of Curators. One of EVE's Most Beautiful People. Reminds me of when I started with PVE. A friend told me everything I needed to know: "This is a Drake- the best ship in game. No other ship can break its tank. You warp in, stand still, and spam missiles until everything is dead." And I was like: "Uh...you know, I guess I'm gonna crosstrain for an other race..." So I used a Hurricane for level 3 and 4 missions against guristas then- a really poor choice, especially with the minimal tank that I used to fit; I have lost quite a bunch of them to stupid npcs, yet I still believe that I had more fun doing those missions. Makes quite a difference if you don't know if you will survive every time you accept a new mission. Later I even stepped it up a notch by using AFs for those missions- also losing countless of them and abysmal ISK/hour, yet even more fun. When I got my fully pimped mission- NApoc, pve became quickly so boring that I stopped it alltogether. I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

Yeah, missioning itself isn't very interesting, though. It's just kinda...there. This is how a mission usually goes: warp in, drop mobile depot + MTU, fire ze missiles, check for good loot, go home. I will mainly pve so im guessing tengu.. but legion just looks sexy The answer is Proteus. They can all look sexy or downright ugly depending on subsystem combo.
I'd say Tengu for PVE personally, not that I'm qualified to give PVE advice but it's the most common choice I've seen for PVE inside or outside of wormholes.
Proteus would be my first choice for PVP. Even though I always loved Tengu (usually dual box one of each!).
Wish I could find it now, Jack Miton once wrote a post with a brief comparison of the T3s and their PvP/PVE pros n' cons. He really nailed it (like Erica dreams he'd do to her) and he was of the mind Proteus is best too.

HI KELLIE! <3
I absolutely agree Tengu is best for PvE, just because it has a ridiculous active tank and is very flexible with weapons systems.
I'm not really one for much PvP but the Proteus can fit a huuuuuuge buffer and can hit pretty hard. Legion isn't /bad/ but it really could use some more viable weapon choices. Legion is rather flexible for PVP. You can eather with it with Lasers, with HAMs (yes they are pretty good) or as a full neut legion with drones. So saying it lacks weapon choices is rather wrong imo. But all t3s have a role in the fleet and they work really great in synergy.

Hai!!!(!)
Legion is what I'll be playing with next.
They were going to replace Proteus as our fleet DPS doctrine in ROLO before we disbanded, so I have a HAM and a Neut Legion sitting around doing nothing that I've trained for. They do look good on paper, despite being one of the least spruiked T3s so I'mma give them a try.
