I think Sibs is a good representation of how I feel about WIS. I made Sibs on my second martini and pressing random a few times and then giving her an angry portrait. I think it must have not taken more than a few minutes.

I like to think of portraits as intel, more than some prelude to WIS. People have their own design "footprint". All my alts unfortunately can quite easily be attributed to me. I've seen the same be true of most people. Things they like subconsciously tend to come out in portraits even if they don't really care about the process.

If WIS contributed in some meaningful way to the metagame like portraits do, I think it would be interesting. But I don't see what WIS would accomplish that we can't already do with a million other tools for personal interaction, clash of personalities, etc. I mean thinking back on LAGL IRC, I feel that that experience is a lot more personal than WIS would feel to me.
