When it comes to scale, EVE is a tad off. Turn on drone models in space, and get into a frigate and approach a fighter. See the size difference and note the volume of each vessel.
Medium drones all have equivalent dimensions to a WWII heavy bomber.
More heat today expected, last night's temps kept me from sleeping as well as I could, but I have had some eggs and bacon, and working on my 2nd coffee. Hope this headache goes away.

Just had a nice match in WoWs. Going up against a T5 carrier and T5 BB when my team is nothing but T4s, with me in my Myogi, was looking painful, but my teammates weren't idiots for once. Myself and two Wyomings stayed in a tight group, the cruisers provided AA screen, etc.
I scored on the T5 BB, a New York, at about 20km thanks to the scout plane, where he couldn't retaliate. Then there was an island in the way. After we both came around it again, the poor sod had all the guns of two Wyomings (Wyomings have a LOT of gun) and my Myogi smashing into him. Carrier got forced by our own carrier's torpedo bombers to show his side to our little BB group, he was screwed either way. Enemy Kuma got into our base, so the two Wyomings peeled off and left me to take on the other teams 2 remaining Wyomings. One I got to half health crossing his T while he was still getting into range and then we traded blows for a while, but I figured out where the Wyoming's citadel is and finally smashed him.
The other Wyoming...was shooting HE like a bad, and my team's Wyomings had come back by this point and we made short work of him.
I didn't like battleship gameplay at first, but after watching a streamer named Braincage completely wreck face in his battleships, I learned a lot about what to do, became much better, and now it's fun.

The other Wyoming...was shooting HE like a bad, and my team's Wyomings had come back by this point and we made short work of him. I didn't like battleship gameplay at first, but after watching a streamer named Braincage completely wreck face in his battleships, I learned a lot about what to do, became much better, and now it's fun.

Whoa...wanted to play Eve this evening, but as it turns out, I spent hours on EFT tinkering on a new BC fit (aiming for at least 20% cooler).
I actually cannot remember having ever taken so long for working out a single fit- am I just getting old or is it a sign that I'm slowly becoming better at eve and pay more attention to details and possible alternative options now?
Had a really fun fight 2 days ago- corpmate and me were duelling at the sun (Retri vs RLML Belli); we were both half dead with multiple burnt out modules already, when a cowardly pilgrim decloaked next to us to poach on some presumably easy kills.
Things escalated quickly from there on.
Lost a Retri, killed a Pilgrim.
