Map and Navigation
- Sorting of planets and asteroid belts in the system list is incorrect. For instance, IX is shown before V.
- Autopilot sometimes deactivating (please verify)
Modules / Fitting / Cargo
- Select All -> Drag, from cargo or container only moves one item. Occurs in space, and in station from cargo to hangar after having just docked.
- When logging into space, low slot modules are not powered first, which under cases of cpu or powergrid enhancers, may prevent medium or high slot modules from turning online.
- Fitting a module from the cargo hold leaves the module offline until manually toggled online.
- Moving a fitted module from one slot to another leaves the module offline until manually toggled online.
- Stacking drones in full drone bay will give the message that there is insufficient room. Same problem with loading a different missile type into a launcher when the cargo is full.
- Survey Scanner continues to list asteroids that have been depleted, even when activated after you have left the asteroid belt.
- Foxfire Rocket has the wrong icon (it has the black-tipped missile icon of the thorn rocket).
- Fitting screen: Weapons sometime do not get their skill bonuses when fitting screen is opened, and thus go offline even when there is enough cpu/powergrid.
Space and Combat
- Attaining very high speeds while approaching a stargate by the use of two 1mn MWDs on a frigate, causes the ship to rapidly decelerate to even below the base max speed of the ship.
- Activating afterburners or microwarpdrives while you just undock from a station may make you bump back and forth in tight areas or fly through the stations wall sideways (e.g. lai dai corp stations in airkio). (Thukker Mix stations, Caldari Navy, )
Graphics/Visual
- Models of other ships sometimes get stuck to your ship.
- Warp graphics pulsate on/off
- billbpards have no display on some clients
Sound
- Stuttering of sound loops on some sound cards

Corporation Management
- Voting for a war: after the 24 hour vote time, the vote will often get stuck for another 24 hours in a state that shows all results at 0.0%, before it is sent to Sanctionable Acts
Standing and Security Status
- Characters in corps with low concord standing are getting red criminal brackets in space, even if the character has a higher standing himself. Confusion is caused where these pilots may not be shot, while the red bracket is supposed to indicate a KOS status.
NPCs and Agents
- NPCs on some kill missions are labled as "Torpedo" or "Rocket".
- Some NPCs are able to shoot from over 100+km away.
- Angel Liquidator, Arch Angel, Arch Angel Scout have wrong bounty. They are currently all at 45k(angel marauder bounty), when they should be 50, 55 and 65k
- Sometimes active agent missions can not be cancelled
Station Services->Market
- Show Info on some blueprints on the market brings up a dead window. Full list to be added soon. (Mobile Warp Disruption Fields, Remote Sensor Damper I)

Station Services->Other
- Factories/Labs: Hitting enter while setting up a job causes the dialog to close.
- Repair: repairing drones does not work properly; after undocking, the drones are still shown as damaged.

Login and Settings
- Shortcuts for activating modules which include 'Ctrl' will activate the module as autorepeat, even if the module is set to manual. This includes Ctrl alone, Ctrl+Shift, Ctrl+Alt.

Skills and Attributes
- Char sheet blinking not entirely fixed. Still occurs occasionally.
- After partly training a new skill to level 1 (not yet reached level 1), then switching training to a different skill, the char sheet will display the partly trained skill as having 0/x points. Closing and reopening char sheet updates to the correct number of points.
User Interface->People and Places
User Interface->Chat Evemail and Trade
- Chat windows--when a lengthy message is entered into chat, it will cause several messages after it to become invisible, including the portrait icons of those typing the messages. Does not seem to affect text-only mode.
- Chat timestamp is ahead by a few seconds (or game clock is slower)
- Chat window order is not saved, thus chat windows will open up out of order at every log in.
- Cut/Copy and Paste do not work properly. It happens to copy not the text you want to mark, but seems to have a certain offset of several lines to the top (e.g. you mark a line, but the line you paste was located much higher). You can see theres something wrong with the mark "shadow", it does not correspond to the actual line lengths. Highlight also often does not disappear.
- Switching between different chat windows causes the windows with many text lines (i.e. many more than visible lines) to "eat" the downmost 2-3 lines. These can't be shown by scrolling.
User Interface->Other
- When putting up a buy or sell order, the number '1' on quantity and price can not be removed. Delete just moves the text focus one space to the left without removing the number. Workaround is to type in your price and quantity anyways and then go back and delete the 1. Problem also exists in factories/labs when selecting the number of runs.
- Right align neocom: in expanded view, it is hidden by the F11 map.
- Cone representing angle of scan in F11 Map Browser does not match the angle in the directional scanner. It briefly changes when selecting a new angle, but changes back once the cursor is lifted.
- Error message when you try to place a 0.01m3 volume item into a FULL cargo, states "cargo requires 0 units, but only 0 units are free". This is because cargo only lists to 1/10 as opposed to 1/100. Also in fitting, some items can not be toggled online because of rounding errors (requires 5.0 and only 5.0 are left).
- Windows for containers share the same size/position as item/corp hangars.

This appears to also happen even if you have no enhancments in the low slot.
Toggling the modules on and off in a station does not seem to help, unmounting and remounting the modules did (afterburners on an industrial). Either the online/offline status display in the station was reporting incorrectly, or it made no difference once launched and the unmount/remount cleared something.

In non-empire, Pirate Cartel-owned 0.0 rating space, "Initiating Aggression" causes a loss of security status. It logs in the Sec tab and is confirmed. 3 years of rathunting will yield a gain of 0.0000062%; taking a single shot at someone in lawless space loses you 0.5%. Yes, .5%.
Interestingly, podding someone does nothing.
Do the Pirate cartels report to CONCORD now?
I will consider this a bug until someone has the spheres to come out and say they did it on purpose.

Factories: Limited run blueprints. You can't clear the number in the run field. If the bpc has 13 runs left and you want to make 7 runs, the client will think you wrote 17 or 71 and reduce this to 13.
Some dancing around and chicken slaying will allow you to enter the number you want, but it's not exactly a speedy way to go about things.
Most likely related to the price field problem in market sell/buy orders

'Remove Location' on People&Places does not work.
Attempting to 'put online' a module without enough capacitor will make the module come up in full colour and appear to be online, but still be offline.

Ships -> Modules Putting a gun offline, then un-loading and loading it will cause the gun to look like it's on-line when it's not. _________________________________________________

i managed to launch 9 drones although i only have drone interfacing lvl 3. i selected all drones and launched with the result of having more drones launched than i should be able to control. i did this twice right after the lastest patch but it haven't happened since.

The autopilot deactivating was in 1403. I reported it via a bug report a day or two before the latest patch.
Generally occurs after logging in with ship in space and when your ship goes to approach a gate under autopilot.

Also, Caldari Sentry Gun I's show up as frames, some of their pannels 'invisible'. Actually, ALL the pannels, just the edges are visible. It ain't over till the fat lady falls on ya!

When copying bookmarks to you cargo hold/hangar from a folder, the folder doesn't update if you're unlucky and moving the BM instead of copying it - leaving your PPL&Places without it...

Problems with using advancedDevice=1 in prefs.ini to fix graphics issues. When enabled, the Esc options dialogue box does not appear, and I can't re-enter the game or log out. Alt-Tab or Ctrl-Alt-Del is then required for me to quit Eve. Setting advancedDevice=0 resolves that particular problem.
If this feature has been deliberately removed, then it has reintroduced a problem with striped textures due to Z-buffer conflicts (I'm no techie, so that may not be correct terminology). Using Win98SE and a Radeon 9600 Pro. (Cat3.7 drivers due to updated driver conflicts in another game).

Edit: "Select All" in Cargo Bay doesn't work correctly. Sometimes all items are selected, but if you try drag&drop to the hangar item window, only 1 item is moved. But it also happens, that "Select All" simply doesn't react.

I am also annoyed about the chatbug and the fact my Windows are mixed up all over the screen .I am not able to pin Windows because the next time i open them they are misplaced . Previous reports in the last few Bugthreads were not completely merged into the new List ,so a good amount of Bugs which often can be easily reproduced gone to Nirvana and most the ppl are pretty annoyed to write them down every time these Bugs havnt been fixed.

Same here, but I had 10 launch. 2 failed to respond and I had to go get them the slow way
I am still able to launch 9 drones and have them respond correctly, even though I am lvl3 drone interfacing. (i don't mind this, it's saved me some training , but it's a bug ) __________________________ "Death before dishonour, so long as it doesnÆt cost too much." |

When im in space, i try activating my sensor booster but says i need 95% cap in order to activate, even after i checked twice the fitting screen to ensure it was active.

For the love of mike, CCP: please Please PLEASE fix the tutorial!!
We have a great chance to win some new playerbase with the FilePlanet listing and the E&B demise. But every ---EVERY-- new player is running into the tutorial crashing at the point where they jettison their ore. If I have to tell one more player how to get past that point and warp to the station so they can continue the tutorial, I may go mad, even though I *want* more people joining to make this game successful, make you money, so I can keep playing something I'm enjoying!!!
I know there are many bugs to fix and many veteran players whining about this and that (I guess I've become no different). But since the tutorial is so important to first impressions, I'd hope that would get some priority....but it has been broken like this for a long time. With the influx of new players, isn't it past time????

like what Bad Harlequin said...i had that same problem when i was doing a mission.
Was killing rats but some other player was there also...somehow a missle started to wander of and he ran right into it....a loss of .5!!!
Later that day i was again hunting for mission saw some abandoned drones so i wanted to scoop them. flew in with mwd but near that drone a guristas started to shoot me....since i was in my kes i shot a missle...but due speed i was to close and the missle struck that drone...what resulted in massive overkill by concord who wihtin 2 second surrounded me, warpdisrupted me and killed me...(meanwhile that guristas was firing also at me).
And next i'm very dissapointed that the defender bug is still NOT fixed....thanks to that my missledefense is all gone....
And another....why is it that npc rats can fire missle straight thru roid..and my missles explode even when they are like miles away from them?

Hate that I could buy new one but I punish myself by mining the needed ore and building new one with my bare hands (with the help of my factory....those armor plates are reeeally heavy to lift)

Auto-Pilot Problem:
This is what i get: - You log in - There is an autowarp to nearby log-out location - If you then try to warp to another system or try to dock it does not work. OR - You log in - You are in station, exit - then everything works fine.

the player and corp standing seems to be little buggy
Corp: cant add or delete(set to neutral 0.0) for players or corps, its possible to change the standig for existing corps and players in the list
Player: adding new standing works but delete doesnt, and its possible to change the existing standing here aswell on both corps and players

Refining Efficiency:
We compared the output of refining 5000 units of omber between two chars.
char 1 omber processing 3 refining 5 refining efficiency 5
char 2 omber processing 3 refining 5 refining efficiency 3
both chars had 5% deducted from the station for standing, same station, same 50% efficiency. so as far as i can tell, the only different between the two was 2 levels of refining efficiency.
both chars yielded in their hangers:
2916 trit 1168 pyer 2916 isogen
not sure how long this has been a problem, never really checked since the station standing 'cut' additions...
if this is already known, i appologize. :)

Find someone with Refining 5, Refining Efficiency 5 and Omber Processing 1 and you will get the same result in the same station.
I would expect that the person with 5-5 refining and Omber Processing 3 would get a better refine in a station with less than 50% efficiency, check one of the stations that has 30-40%. Because once you reach 100% efficiency and 0% waste you can't get any more out of a refine by making yourself have effective 110% efficiency, but you can refine more in a station with low efficiency.

You can't open cargo cans in corp hangar either. This might not be a bug but it sure feels like one as I would realy like to organize all our BPs in cans.
Better yet make folders in hangars possible! 500+ items is not easy to keep track of in just 7 hangars.

SEALen - use large cargo containers to sort stuff - now that you can rename them in the station it is easy to make a sensible label for what is inside.

Not sure you read what I wrote but it's not possible to open cargo cans when they are in the corp hangar. I've tried it and all got was a "you can't do that, move it to your hangar first" type message. Having to move them to my hangar first before opening them will be more of a pain than scrolling through all the stuff in a hangar.

You cannot anylonger pause a skill training like you've been able to since the start of EVE. So if you are training something and start training a new skill you will loose the already trained skill-points.
Update: Points are readded after a short while. - *** pure moinage ***

I've been having an issue where I go to warp between two points, and I get stuck in the middle of the warp. The game thinks I"m in both locations at once, and so I have to warp to another point, to make things normal again.

I would love to, but no-one seems to be able to tell me exactly what is wrong with it. It either "crashes" or "stops". Which is just frustrating to know, because, I have just done the tutorial with no problems on TQ and it never did anything resembling "crashing" or "stopping".
The most usable report I have had is that the page you get once the container is ejected is just not different enough for people to notice it has been loaded. And that there is no real problem apart from this.

Some agent mission NPC's do not show up on the scanner. So far I have confirmed this with "Mercenaries" and "Bounty Hunters". Factioned NPC's (Angels, Serpentis, etc.) show up just fine. It is only the non factioned ones that do not show up (I have checked the scanner settings, and can not find a way to make them show up).

When switching modules back online in space, if you have insufficient cap, the module still appears to come online on the UI (ie, it isnt grayed out, even though its not online)

Heavy Missiles cause battleships to get bounced around again.
Missiles from large cruiser spawns have the effect of webbing you at long range as the explosions in front of you hugely slow you down.

Graphic Bug---> Carrying on from Johnson's post on nvidia's 56.64 drivers, there seems to be a bug with stations not being displayed properly. they appear almost see through, with only the inner skeleton showing. and i also have the billboards showing nothing too.

bonuses to all stats, especially falloff, are not appearing consistently. Sometimes fitted gun shows base stats, sometimes shows bonuses, sometimes SOME bonuses are seen (damage and ROF, frex) while others remain base (most often falloff). Optimal usually works OK. This is worrisome as i don't know if this is a display issue or if i'm really charging out there with base stats...
order of module placement / activation seems to have no effect, and certainly not on skills. Relogging doesn't always fix it neither.
Graphic bug:
I do not have the latest NVIDIA drivers - er, not at that machine, sorry - but Minmatar Sentry Guns appear as two floating turret barrels magically held in place by empty space between them. Very odd.

In addition to the Arch Angel Marauder Liquidator same 45k bounty issue, Sansha's Ravener and Scavenger both have 4k (one should be 5k), Sansha's Minion and Servant both have 2k (one should be 3k) and Serpentis Guard and Patroller both have 5k (one should be 6k).

Memory leakage in the Graphics engine especially associated with Drone useage and wep fire.
Many are experiencing large ammounts of slowdown in the client with massive pauses in gameplay of upto 30+ secs, not associated with connectivety but with massive ammounts of disk access caused by the client.
This can be pretty critical as it often can lead to player loss.

The Bookmarks group windows are still locked at ten lines high. (used to be able to resize to three lines) Sent in a bug report two patches ago. Please, fix -- this is taking up valuable desktop space.

Tried to sell a corpse, but it needed to be repackaged. The Station didn't have a repackage option for a corpse.
It then locked trying to sell it again with "Can't sell without canceling previous order", but there was no window to cancel previous attempt.

Hi Im missing the main texture on only one station, its the station there my corp is. The Transparent textures is still there... Im also getting, white blured pics in the browser, but no real pics... Looked at the logs and Im geting this all the time.

Blueprints sometimes disappear from Factory and Research slots in the middle of a manufacturing/research job. They are not ejected into the hangar - they just vanish. Most of them seem to have been retrieved by GMs within a few days of filing a petition but it's still extremely frustrating for whomever it happens to.
This has been documented by numerous players on this thread in the Factories forum. |

When pressing the history tab on a product, it only loads forever, and the graph never appears. Hitting Escape is only option to cancel it then.
Radar/scanner Bug:
Items sometimes stopp being updated (Atleast on range) Have to close and re-open scanner to get correct info

I have discovered the following bug. If it is new or not I do not know.
N00N(my alt) initiated a trade with me as I was docking and placed 0.37M plagioclase into the trade window. At this time the window disappeared and in the same text as when you are "still buckling your seatbelt" the game told me "Trade with NoNamium has been cancelled" The window disappeared from N00Ns screen, but could not be closed by anything but logging off at NoNamiums side.
The Plagioclase did not return to either character at that hangar and is probably caught in Limbo. As many bugs before I doubt that I will be compensated for it, but at least now CCP should know that this is a bug that potentially could cost other players. I'm just glad I wasn't trading my Armageddon at that moment. (or maybe that being just produced and packaged could be proved not to have been lost by anything but a bug)

Small Nosferatu I does not work in the slightest.
Mounted on a Vigil orbiting a corpmember's Scorp, set to Autorepeat. Fired once and once only. Icon continued to flash as if was on. Had to stop it, wait for recycle time, restart.
Still only fired once.
Set it to manual, turned off my MWD after draining cap a bit, fired it manually several times.
No effect on my cap. No increase whatsoever beyond usual recharge rate. Multiple manual firings with and without my MWD on yielded same results. Nothing happens at all, beyond the supercool graphical effect that is.
Note that even on autorepeat it fires once and once only - graphic effect/sound only seen once. No actual effect on my energy at all.

Graphic effects are only showing for the first run of most high slot non weapon modules (ie energy transfers and shield transfers)
It's a shame cuz the graphic is great on them :)

If this is already known, sorry for the repeat. I looked through many posts and didn't see it.
Assets Window...
Open the Assets window, expand a station to look at the items in that station. After you have expanded the station, the assets window seems to close that expanded station after a random amount of time. It happens if I just expand the station and leave it as well as if I expand the station and start scrolling. It seems to happen more frequently if I scroll down by dragging the scroll bar as opposed to clicking on the down arrow, but happens either way. It appears to be happening on random intervals. Sometimes I can scroll through the entire inventory and nothing happens, other times it happens before I get more than a page or two down. It happens on both my computers running eve.
I have only noticed this while in station, I usually dont expand the stations while in space, but I will try and see if it closes the expanded station in space as well and update this post if so. I have not noticed expanded stations closing if they do not extend below the window, but it may just be I dont have those expanded for long enough a period. I am not sure when I first noticed this, possibly more than a month ago.

A new one that I have recently come across whil training some low rank skills.
If durring the completion imminant stage I attempt to train a new skill I get a CTD.
This has happened nearly every time I've tried it over the last week.
On the odd occation when it doesn't take place there is a huge lag in switching skills, and if multiple skills were started it will then move from one to another slowly before resting on the final skill. All I've got's this sunny afternoon |

I just took part in an event with "Mrs Merchant" and whilst facing down a Raven in my Thorax near a gate, I got bombarded with missiles. I was very close range to both the Raven and the Gate, but when I tried to jump through the gate, I was told I wasn't allowed due to my act of aggression against it. I was shooting at the Raven, not the gate, and all I can think of is the splash damage from the missile after hitting me was being confused as being FROM me.
Does that make sense?! -------------

The one's that annoy me is when you gang someone and they are either jumping or undocking, and the invite fails, so u have to disband the gang and try again, and it can take like 50 trries just for it to work properly if u have 8 guys or so. Another one is when u switch ship and u go to undock, you get "Wait a sec, haven't finished fitting seat belt." That's just being stupid, and most of the time i have to reboot to undock/jump.
Your Tachyon Beam Laser I places an excellent hit on arkad [MOO], inflicting 702.3 damage.

Drone Command window doesn't always open, and or player looses control of drone/s and have to be scooped.
Objects appearing and being registered out of position due to poor sync not associated with connectivety, as demonstrated to your GM's.
Objects appear 20k away but are actually 120k+ away, player missiles and drones being generated well away from the players displayed postion.

I have a ss of -4.4 so when i jump into a system that has a security level between 0.6 and 1.0 the navy chase me down and try to kill me. When the navy catch me at the gate and open fire on me...I retun fire and the sentry guns dont join in to help the navy out, look Here and here. This seems to be a wide spread bug, I have found one system "Deninard" that is not effected by this evil bug.

Also when you have a ss of 0.05 its shown as 0.1, thats why it takes twice as long to get from 0.1-0.2 as it did to get from 0.0-0.1 in the first place. This isnt a bug, but it is annoying

Missing skill: Scrapmetal processing.
I'd crossower check this in current build on TQ. I'd ask over 100 people if they seems it on market or as reward from agents. Definetely after weeks past last patch this skill did miss TQ database with 99% probabily.
This skill should be top priority with combination of new station quality. It need to be introduced to game ASAP.

Current TQ:
Serious stability problems running 2 clients on 1 machine (windowed mode). There's a few threads in the known issues forum.
Historically there has been a very small chance of an internal winmodem disconnecting when the client is very busy or lagging. In the past I only had this when running 2 accounts, both of which were doing intense stuff, and could if careful acout my timing could game 8 hours on 2 accounts without this happening once. More recently this will happen even if only 1 account is running and doing something mildly challenging like the market or refitting. 2 accounts are basically impossible to run without modem disconnects, even with all graphics options turned off. Again there's a thread about this in known issues but no answers and no hardware/ISP problems common to all victims of these problems.

I got stuck completly in the gate between Eystur and Hek and two of my corp mates had the same problem... Why is this and whats being done... Im in my new cruiser wich i have relly started to like and i dont want to lose it to a bug...
