There is a subtle difference between absorbing the fire of an unmanned autofiring POS to weaken it for a normal siege, and using a noobship to scoop up floating space loot created by a fully manned resource gathering operation. I don't think the GM will rate those two issues as the same. Keep an inty on standby to watch for scoopers. They will be flagged as thieves so you won't have to worry about them agroing the gate guns.

When the pirates pop a guy, you warp straight away down to the wreck (this goes faster if youre aligned towards where the ship dies when youre at the bookmark spot), you'll land about 2000m away from the wreck, and the pirates have to lock you again as you just warped.
