Well it wasn't really crying like wailing, but I do remember a few streaming tears.
edit: She meant a lot to me :( She was my first Megathron, and I lost it in glorious PVP... then I got nossed to death and didn't have any cap boosters :(

after a month of playing i lost 5 battleships to npcs, 2 self-destructed, 2 in pvp.... but i have good news, i bought a 90 day gtc for my alt from the insurance payout for those bs's i lost in pvp
on a side note i bought 3 30 day gtcs  while i could've bought 1 90 gtc and thus would've saved ~90kk :(

i used to hunt in my rax in syndicate back in the days, on the gate in mhc mostly
ship jumps though, a maller, easy..
lock - check
disrupter - check
drones - oops forgot them
ammo - my god how did i not notice i had none loaded!
cargo - erm none
dead - check
i somehow pickup the wrong rax from my hanger, and went into full combat with nothing to actually fight with!

I was heading up to our POS in 0.0 in a curse, came through a gate to find a BS camping the other side - deciding that fortune favours the brave I immediately hit my MWD accelerated towards the BS and locked it. He ran.
Unbeknownst to said BS pilot I was just moving the ship - all I had fitted was in fact the MWD....

In the early days when the font was hard to read ( ) I bought Overdrive I's for 11,111,111.11 ISK thinking it was 11k - I put them back on the market for the same price then the "new" buyer got upset and sent mercs after me.

i lost an apoc on a level 3 mission because i was watching Harry Potter at the tv at the same time
-I've heard a guy that said he podded himself with his own torpedoes (it was long time ago when they were doing area of effect damage)

I called for back-up for a 4man gatecamp. My thorax died but fortunatly back-up killed the rats..

Hmmmm.. Where to start? OK, lost my deimos ratting and chatting about football at the same time, lost my raven cause I thought I warped to an ss and not in a belt, engaging a ishtar in a deimos thinking it's a vexor, petitioning a pirate who killed my hauler when I was 20 days old, thinking pvP is not allowed in eve... and so on.

NPC's never shoot pods.
My stupidest thing is this:
An alliance mate wanted armour reps on his pod, he was into pod-structure. So I offer up my Large rep on my geddon. I lock him up. He vanishes!
Next thing on vent: "N1fty, why you kill me? You pod me back to station, I am dead".
7 Hot Dual Heavy Pulse Laser II's will have that effect on a pod

I used to fit 2 small lasers on a Ferox, along with launchers. My reasoning being that I only needed 2 crystals in cargobay, and it would mean I did'nt need to reload the guns, when I was saving ammo on small stuff...

when i first started playing, i saved up all my money and bought a prophecy. i couldn't afford to insure it or fit it, and i didn't have any support skills anyway.
i flew it 3 jumps through lowsec on and somehow got killed by a couple of mercenary coalition interceptors camping a gate.
the most embarrassing bit was buying a prophecy.

My first introduction to CONCORD was shooting someone's can at an ice mining belt (in an un-insured Drake).
I had seen the cans around before, and simply thought it was space junk ... I didn't know it belonged to someone

Back when the drone regions were opening up, I was moving an entire Freighter full of POS fuels around empire. A Corp Mate asked me about the system we were going to colonize, and since I was not familiar with the area yet I opened the map and set destination to the system I knew was next door to it. After looking at the map for a bit I informed my Corp Mate of the system name and merrily went on my way.
15 min later I autopilot jumped thru the Taisy gate with my Freighter and 3 bill in personal pos fuels.
I'd also have to include the time our CEO was moving all the Corp BPO's in his Vagabond and forgot about it. He died in PVP and provided over 150 BPO's to the enemy. Man, I'm glad that idiot is gone!
