a corp member always launches 4 med and one heavy drone , and on the way to target and back to his ship the heavy always lags behind.
when I first mentioned this to him he told me "leave bruiser alone ! ! !"
that drone, which has survived countless missions, is now affectionately known as "Bruiser"

I went into a Raven vs. Raven 1v1 with four (pre-nerf) WCS in my lowslots, having no intent to dishonor the fight by warping off, and knowing full well my opponent probably had something more effective.
I lost.

Carrier ratting with dedicated looter/salvager alt.
Had a small npc frig close to carrier, activates a couple of SB's. Unfortunately I already warped alt to 0 from carrier, alt gets agressed, all 12 fighters attack, I desperately try to recall them and warp off, but its too late. Salvager alt dies. Even worse, in my panic i forgot to turn of SB's, so not only did i kill my own ship without concord help in 0.0, i also podded my alt.

My char is alive since mid-2005 or so... And I have never been able to afford a BS. I don't use T2 components because they are expensive for my wallet and the biggest ship I have flown (combat ship) so far, is a T1-fitted Cyclone (non-named mods).
Coincidentally, I lost a Cyclone to Infod once, being AFK at a gate in low sec (I had alt+tabbed to read a book in Microsoft Reader), and got so mad at being so stupid I quitted EVE for more than a week.

bought 1000 pieces of medium ammo for 60 million isk by accident, wouldnt have been so bad if it wouldnt have been from a wartarget I was fighting at the time.

Got CONCORDED for siccing my drones on a wreck I was salvaging (not mine) instead of the rat I had targetted. Forgot to switch primaries.
The only good thing was it was a Harbinger, and was getting uglier all the time. It looked like a lizard with AA batteries for engines.

Went ratting in a pimped (faction fit) raven.
Had been drinking a bit.
Cloaked, and went AFK to go rant at some people.
Came back, and found that I'd cloaked in the belt. Some teeny weeny NPCs (destroyers or frigates or something) had spawned, <2km from me. Popped my cloak, and nibbled my raven down to structure.
Also, when selling about a billion isks of zydrine, on the market, proceeded to typo when 'amending' the order to undercut someone. So sold the whole lot at a tenth market value (390/unit rather than 3900/unit).
My machine lagged, just as the realisation of what I'd just done kicked in.

After two years in game small projectile and hybrid guns, and medium projectile guns are the only T2 weapons I can use (apart from drones.)
I sometimes sit cloaked in my recon probe launching Thorax in New Eden and gank people making a pilgrimage to that system.
I shout obscenities in local chat when a system is empty.
I got really drunk once last year and made disparaging and sexist remarks about Rosario Dawson in Madirmilire or Amarr. Maybe both.
I never had as many battleships in Delve as I said I had.
I imply in my character bio that I won't attack people if they're in an NPC corp. That implication is a crock of ****.

I fitted my mega for a level 4 nasty with cpr x3 or something I wanted indefinite cap to run 2 lar II or 3.. cant remember, needless to say the cap didnt hold or did the tank.
was in game 2 months that time :)

i lost a raven to a stiletto the day after cold war patch.
he kept me webbed and scrammed at a planet for 15 mins until his friend in a rax came up to help him.
if it was the day before he would have died in first volley.
i also killed my full mining op by shooting the rats that turned up with torps. CEO was not happy.
killing my own hauler alt while gatecamping (who has not done this though)

I was FWD one night in 0.0, flying my buzzard around after the fleet I had been reconning for had disapated. Jumped into a gate camp, forgot to hit my cloak, woke up in my station. Was really mad, cause I'm a better pilot than that. Jumped into my manticore with my heart full of anger and hate. Jumped back into the same gate camp. Woke up in my station, again. Then had to retrain caldari frig 5. Yep, no updated clone...

After my first couple of weeks (or maybe week) I got tired of running around garbage for those lame agents so I decided to go explore thinking there must be something really hot; expensive and cool in the furthest 0.0 systems I could find. Needless to say I got popped by someone whilst entering 0.0. I actually convoed him and asked him for his reasons and then got really mad over the answer LOL.
Used to thin civilian modules were the best of the best because they served me so well on my velator...
Petitioned a Tristan fitted with civilian modules and got it reimbursed (game crashed (which it did a lot back then) when entering a mission); must have been not worth more then 300k isk; sweet thing was though i was extremly mad about the late petition response time and asked for and was actually granted 2 days of added play time.

Way back in the day I lost my first thorax whilst afk using autopilot. Didnt realise that the autopilot route took me through syndicate . Took me about a month to save for that rax and it wasnt even insured cos i couldnt afford it 
A month later I lost my second thorax when i jumped into low sec and found some gate campers. It was my first PVP experiance and i just froze up. My hands were shaking so bad i couldnt click on anything so i just sat there and died Again it was uninsured cos i couldnt afford it. Isk used to be so much harder to make back then
Most recent one was in 0.0. I was in a large roaming hac gang in my deimos when local started really filling up. We were seriously outnumbered and after our scouts reported one of the gates totally clear our FC gave the order to make a run for it. I warped to the wrong frikin gate, streight into the middle of the enemy fleet

I fit Civilian Electron Blasters to my ships when I have extra turret slots but not enough CPU/PG.
I once fitted 3 Civilian Electron Blasters to my dread because I lacked guns for it (newly bought, was jumping to go get the fittings).
