I have no relation to Goonswarm and i have never met one but the reactions of the miners in this thread makes me want to fit up a cheap ship and help them, if of course i thought they wouldnt gank me too

The interesting thing about this is it has shown Hulks to be extremely vulnerable in empire space. Insurance will not cover its loss and corp members cannot protect it from a suicide attack. Personally I see its days of mining solo in Empire as numbered. I advise Hulk pilots to switch over to Covetors and take the 20% loss for now. At least they can be fully insured. Perhaps CCP will take some kind of stand, but don't hold your breath. Adapt.

CCP have had this stance on suicide bombing in empire since day one!

If the Goons want to kill Exhumers, clearly the targets should be all the "NPC Corp, Mackinaws" in almost every ice Belt in EVE. Surely, anyone that does actually ice mine some, sees them.
We all know the cost of creating a corp. is pennies in the big scheme of EVE, so why don't incorporate ? Cause then they could get legally dec'ed and they couldn't sell there ICE products to then "spamm" every trade channel in EVE with "ISK Selling" from Trial Accounts.
Attacking Hulks, is really not the answer, its attacking the true "macro" miners in EVE. The guys who has 2 to 6 months in Game, has no "corp" and is bunched up with another 3 to 10 others that look just like him with silly names or names that don't even spell anything.
Killing 500 Hulks with not change the market much, maybe 10 to 20 mill per ship diffrence. There are so many hulk copies in game now, and so easly available, people will just have a few laying around. They will not
buy one off market, they will simply build another and jump in BS / Covy till the build is complete.
From my point of view, which is a high sec miner, yes i a fracking carebear and proud of it, this does nothing but hurt players who actually support the economy of EVE with minerals / ice products needed to support EVERYONE's war efforts.

260 killed exhumers on Jihadswarm.
Out of them, 6 where made in the week before last.
Last week had 140 kills.
This week have so far 114 kills.
A lot of the ships killed have had cargo expander rigs.

I don't understand how all you can listen to this. 9/11 is happening in JITA and all you can do is sit back and drink your whiskey and whine. SO WHAT IF GOON are killing ICE MACRO MINERZ in 1.0 space, thats just more minerals for the rest of us. If you have half a brain at all you will realize that this is JUST another ploy to extract the maximum industrial network out of the high sec empire space.
Of course, BoB will cry about this too since they can't even hold the Alamo in Delve without going out and buying 1000000000 GTC to fun their pointless war. The thing you have to remember is that when you undock you have RISK vs REWARD and as such earnings are bound to continue despite the goonswarm attacking exhumers.
So stop teh QQ, go back to WoW and make ur uber poast. This is a normal thing in EVE PVP and thus it won't stop just because CCP stopped caring about it a long time ago. If you really want to mine Veldspar in high sec just get a BS and put some mining laser on it there problem solved. Come back in 3 months after you've cancelled all your macro miner alt spam accounts and get into the REAL game of EVE so stop spamming the forums with ridiculous talk about how it's soooooo rough when your Bantam gets podded, boo hoo.
