So I just installed the patch and got this :

To whine a little on the graphics, why are the ice lasers still the same color as the mineing lasers? surely theirs a way to fix this quickly?

right click client and open as administrator. mine did the same :D
yer ive tried that :( its just comes up with a quick flash of the window that comes up when u start eve - but nothing :(
nothing in task manager (processes) that has eve on it :(
yea mine did exactly the same - go onto task manager close all the eve "PROCESSES"
then open as admin n it works fine :)

wrong so far the last 12 patches or so i got the patch like a few hours into the patch unless they fubarred it all and had to do a emergency patch after deployment which made m download a entire new client

Through the client, possibly. But it has been possible to download the patch manually many times before the cluster was up again.
I installed the patch about 8 hours ago... it's been available for manual download since at least then if you're able to work out what the download URL will be (and that's really not hard...)
