Not everything is black and white, and please stop putting words in my mouth... I don't know (or even want to know) where your hands have been.
He gave up the chair of the CSM as he realised it was a clash of interests with him as a leader of a bloodthirsty alliance.
He kept his seat on the CSM as he didn't want to let down the 10,065 people that voted for him (and thus not make their votes pointless).
He got a standard ban of 30 days for breaking the Terms of Service which is perfectly reasonable.
All seems fine to me. I guess he'll just carry on being the strongest leader of the strongest alliance in EVE online.

I do have that thank Mittani for giving up the CSM and whatnot, as to be honest, I don't want him representing me as a player of EVE. Nothing personal about Goon, hells, I love WI. but still... It is a huge clash of interest, wanting to be the biggest pain in EVE whilst also representing players to both CCP and the public. So yeah, I do have to thank him for separating himself from that position (being serious there too).
Also, I would like to point out, attacking Jita because "carebears" wont fight back...considering you guys need the markets too, even if you think you don't, it's gonna come back to bite you on the ass. Considering how lacking your leader is in terms of thinking about consequences, I figured I should point this out for you guys. Plus, most people will treat it like Hulkageddon and dock up or stay clear (or, those paying attention will). |

I'm glad he got banned and removed from CSM. Large tracts of the playerbase in EVE need to grow up, its time for EVE to grow up and become a proper, mature and sensible game, albeit one where people's primary goal is to have fun generally, rather than have fun by ruining other people's game.
I fully agree with what CCP have said in their latest devblog. I might actually go back to playing this game a bit more if certain sections of the community grow up.
Mittani is clearly one of the worst elements of this game, and the less there is of his sort around the better. |

It is likened to spectacles with wrong optical prescribe notice, fuzzy vision it can be, now, but not forever.
So this intelligence eduction and wisdom make powerful combination of it all three and there is someone surely ??

Close, but a bit off the mark mate. If you don't know someones condition in EVE, you don't need to care...but when you specifically know someone is having trouble, you do not go out of your way to continue to push them.
Say me for example, you don't know me and I don't know you. Neither of us needs to care about the other and we can grief and whatnot, without issue. However, if we were to learn the other was in some dire state (be it emotional or physical) we would at least have to consider the impact our actions take. This is part of morality, or moral integrity.
Now if I learned you were depressed, I'd probably leave you alone and let you get on with whatever it was you were doing...but that's just me...and not only that, I wouldn't carry any ill will out into the real world and tell people to find you and abuse you. Most people can keep game things like that in game, and also know that something like that is wrong and shouldn't be done.
