Yes, -MVN- The Maverick Navy and IPWN International House of Pwncakes are both leaving IAC.
I cant comment on IPWN's reasons out of respect for my commrades. However -MVN-'s reasons are quite clear, We defended the alliance tooth and nail and we withdrew after our hardware stockpiles had been depleted. The Alliance's further strategic moves didnt go hand in hand with our outlook on the tactical situation and we decided it was in our mutual best interest to withdraw from the alliance.
All the corps that have fought until now have done the very best they can. I am proud to have been apart of IAC, I am proud to have had Hachou as a leader and I am proud to have flown with all of the pilots of IAC - we have accomplished alot and I have no regrets for joining IAC.

So, Thundirr picked up the torch left behind by elchief, sart, TT, Chrystoff, Foo, and all the rest who have gone before? [Who are all these new guys, and what do pancakes have to do with alcohol, anyways?]
It seems like there are more "alumni from IAC" posting here than IAC's current members.
Therefore, I am pausing to send my former IAC corp's best wishes to all involved for lag free, but alcohol heavy, fights to the bitter end.

Yes, the rumors are true!
IPWN has withdrawn from the field as of 19 hours ago. While the Directors and I run a fairly dictatorial type of Corporation in many ways, we are servants to our members. The Membership and Directorship decided that IAC and IPWN goals no longer coincided with each other.
IAC was a testbed for IPWN in many regards, we formed IPWN as a PVP Corporation almost six months ago, joined IAC to receive a chance to fight against some of the best in the business and we were not disappointed.
I can only assume, judging by the offers we've received in the last 18 hours, that we acquitted ourselves well. I know the Mav's did, and BOF is continuing to do so.
It was a grand time, with many futile fights that turned out to be utter blasts. I salute those who have fought against us, and those who fought with us. I'm sure we'll continue to see you on the field, under whatever banner you may fly.

I had a good time in IAC, met some real friends who i still play with today.
That said...in my eyes IAC folded long ago. All i see and have seen of late is a name. I'm not one for beating around the preverbial lady garden so ill take a stab in the dark here (lol) it was when every tom harry and p3nis (lol!) was accepted in to the alliance and Firma / Dkod left.
Funny thing is that after a merger between the two corps and entry into AAA, the players who fought for that space and saved it from premature death countless times now play a huge part in the downfall

I think the point here Algey that only you seem to be finding difficulty in grasping is the simple fact that with no outside influence, just IAC and ISS, ISS was kurb stomped, yes I was there, there was no comparison ;)

Having been in IAC i can say the best thing that could happen to it is for it to die. Far too much under the table actions in the alliance and hardly a single leader anyone can trust. Alliance is being led by a whim and a prayer. Believing IAC was ever going to do anything to AAA was a joke and the first mistake in a long line of many, alliances die when the power mad get to the top.
Goodbye IAC it was an experience.

IAC died when Tyrrax was booted! Thug has an odd shaped orofice that only Tyrrax can satisfy! AAA only have size and assets in their favor, they just aint got the heart, same for all the russians including SE.

Yep but -A- new what would be the exact timing to flip over.
Without the the Titan(s) and Cap support AAA wouldnt never pulled out this stunt.
Now the chestbeating is all on your side.
Its simply a matter of "timing" till somebody will say "Coup the grace" to you`re Alliance in a week or 2 to.

I had lots of fun when i was reading IAC forums. Basicly, this is just illustrate good old rule from chess : "Threat is much more scarier than execution of that threat". Let me clarify few things.
- We dont need any excuses to kill somebody. We could wipe you in like week as soon as bob went to delve defence. But we decided to not to do that.
- We reset you to play cat and mouse, and train while there is nothing to attack for us.
- We attacked IAC, because Hachou provoked our director on eve-ru forums with RL attacks. He claimes it to be planned descision. During exectution of this descision - more 50% of member base left iac. I guess you are not prepared.

Dont flatter yourself with the delusion you had anything to do with the position IAC is in right now. The reality is you didnt.
If you think the ability to read IAC forums is an accomplishment youre deluded again. IAC execs have had uninhibited access to your comms as well as your alt-corps/alliances comms despite the measures you attempted to prevent it.
Your post is nothing but spindoctoring to inflate your own ego and that of your alliance. Your simplistic chess analogy shows how dim your actual perception of the situation is.
