this seems pretty much out in the public domain, something from IAC forums...
At the moment it seems like bugger all is going on to stop AAA and anyone else rolling through JZV. Corps are dropping off left right and centre and the IAC "executive team" seems to have decided to go on holiday (with an alleged 100bn taken from IAC). Of the corps that haven't left, they seem to be content to sit, hide and wait to see what happens. There's rumors flying left right and centre about who JZV is going to be "handed over to". Goons, Foundation, UL, maybe even -A- themselves!
So, here's a controversial suggestion:
How about we formally surrender to AAA, find out what it is they want, get our shit out of JZV and move on?
We seem to have a complete lack of leadership at a time when we need it most. We are not even nearly going to survive this assault from AAA and friends so it comes down to a last stand or a fast death basically. This black hole we're slowly crawling to currently is just completely lame. Basically, could somebody make a decision as to where this alliance is headed please, even if it is just Hachou, Eaiaden or Thundirr posting to say that we're staying in JZV and everything is going to be all ok. ----------

Edited by: Alaxen on 15/09/2008 15:02:26 The evil -A- has swept through IAC space. Our glorious leader Hachou has responded to this by restructuring the alliance for the second time this month and cutting loads of corps (including my own) that were just not good enough at PVP! I think the theory is that, much like David and Goliath, if he can whittle the alliance down to a single corp that's awesome at PVP we shall defeat the -A- beas. This ultimate Corp will go all Super Saiyan on -A-'s ass and make then rue the day they ever downloaded the Eve O client.

Battle report? Hmmm have to have a battle before you can report. Think I can do an overview though ...
ZXIC is pretty much theirs, no sov drop ( yet ) but we can't really get in or out. F4R will probably go in the next couple of days. Everyone pretty much understands that IAC as it is is screwed. Most everyone left is either still trying to run things out or hanging around to pvp when possible or at least have a laugh. Everything I've got left in the area is slated for destruction . As for leadership and what not .. yeah bad time to restructure. Money being taken? Don't know, don't care. Think that pretty much sums it up.

Many corps were kicked as they were leaving and not given blue standings as promised they would. This in effect means that if they didn't get there stuff out fast enough, they will be engaged by there old IAC compadres , or aaa on the way out. No response from Execs on the issue, Directors had to contact each other privately to arrange standings. My guess is that IAC if it does remain, will be a AAA pet in JZV. The past few days and weeks have been strange to say the least, No epic posts on what is happening, No major Exec announcements in Alliance mail, Just Silence. This is all factual, I was there, Some will prob attempt to skew it or slant it some other way, So be it. I was a proud IAC member, and will miss it greatly.

Situation in JZV
ZXIC station is under AAA control , KDF soon will be AAA also , F4 has yet 1 day to lose soveregnity , and probably stations will be conquered in KDF and F4. So the battle of F4 isnt finished yet , but teh end is near ...
AAA is pulling all his weight in the battle , we see big blobs of BS's incoming thru motherships portals , destroying jammers , capital ships blob and even I had the experience to see a doomsday and not to die ( in the pos shields ) btw 7 iac ships and 5 AAA ships were destroyed during the DD ...
President Hachou made a long speech the day of the invasion on TS and that was posted on forums explaining the merger of small corps and the kickout of inactive members .
We had another statement of futuristic strategies , but as far as I see theres no surrender of IAC to AAA .
AAA seems to take it personnal at Hachou as there are some articles in russian forums , but donno really what is written there .
The 100 billion stolen from IAC coffin , we found it ... in my wallet :)
Spy warfare ? maybe ...
As for the epic battles , we have 24/24 fleets engaging in skirmishes , repairing pos guns and jammers , manning pos guns and killing some ships or fighters , or wrecks ( thats what i like to do much )
Coalition friends of IAC like goonies set us red as they had a Causa Bellum , as we gonna attack kraftmachinelike corp , so we are red and no diplomatic relations I suppose , and that happened in the invasion week , we believe it is coincidence.
Old friends of IAC like CVA Sylph Paxton Vanguard and other small alliances didnt show up as blobing fleets, probably we didnt ask for theyr help , no idea . Or maybe they are saying look at IAC corps leaving , why to help a dying alliance . Anyway next on AAA target gonna be some of our allies , and we will help em surely when asked .
7 days until sov drop of mb from lvl 4 to 3 , then it will be the conquest of JZV .
No one told us its gonna be ok , all the one who stayed to fight the Alamo battle knows very good we gonna lose , but we stayed to inflict losses , not give it easily a home iac owned for years ... and have fun in the end .
We cant blame diplo's or fc's nor leaving corps , or even friendly alliances , trying or not to save IAC , because AAA is unbeatable with its capital ships number and militaristic organisation like alliance , so we are living maybe the last days of IAC ... in JZV , and that cant be changed but only if a major alliance would interfer and crush the arrogance of AAA as it has grown to insolent arrogancy .

IIRC that goes to the corp that holds the station, not the alliance

MB- won't drop sov 4 until IAC lose sov in two of the other stations in the jzv constellation ;P (rnf, jby, g-7w)
And yeah somehow I doubt there was anywhere near 100 bil in alliance wallet 20 bil max would be my guess, altho if you count the replacement dreads and carriers etc that's a bit more (assuming there are any left)

Guys, this is sad!
Where is the IAC of 2006 that stopped the BOB invasion at F4?
PLEASE don't all die like wusses but fight to the bitter end!
Also if you remember the battle plan from 2006 [blows dust off the battle plan], the key part was to move to the Litom, Jamunda, Doril area and then wage incessant guerilla warfare out of NPC stations until the time is ready to retake the outposts in case bob actually breaks the back of sov and takes more outposts!

The whole 'live in Litom' ideal was fostered by people who had interest in JZV. That IAC is long past. MINC is the only corp in IAC with real ties to the original 3 outposts, never mind the other 2 put up. Also, the majority of people who were going to live in curse and raid JZV in 2006 if things fell through are comfortably apart of AAA.
You could say that AAA is doing a mercy kill. However, they probably want to keep MINC in there since they prove they have the resources to manage the area.
