1. POLL: Using mining drones camping jump-in-POINT Exploit? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
If 'jump in' points were Jumpgates (like it is in the storyline) then surely it could be programmed so that drones couldn't be deployed or controlled within, say, 30km of a gate thus ending the lag problem and also this would stop 'jump in' camper...

Surely the problem here isn't Gold Brick but CCP - if they just sorted out the rental on factory slots then GB wouldn't be able to afford to hold 20 slots and not use them. Just my 2isk worth :)

What about just jailing the pirate 'character'? The RL person could still play by using his other two characters. But arrestting a character would have to be looked at carefully as we dont want to throw any innocents into jail now do we :))

Yep! Happens to me too - usually next to big 'roids in large fields. I've found that doing something like activating/deactivating shields clears it.
