1. Interesting view on "RP" in eve. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
What happens in EVE is that people don't play roles, they see and act as themselves on those circumstances, people relate to the elements in game the same way they relate to elements in a football or chess game for example, but in a more deep way....

It runs fine here, Windows 2003 Enterprise too. I've been using it for more than 3 months now, never had any major problem. Probably its a graphics card problem.

I still have the annoying sun occlusion problem here on my Geforce 2, it just shines through ships, planets and stations indifferent to the activated "sun is occluded by ships" option.

The universe in EVE is just too big to have the same problem with stations as UO has with houses. I think nobody would be dumb enought tu build an expensive personal small station and leave it unprotected in an easy finding spot. Players would hid...

Good point, there's a lack of options for non-corp and small-corp players in the game too actually interact with the EVE universe, change it. Features like small and medium customizable stations would make the space a lot more rich and interesting...
