It would be great to see a module disallowing Cyno Generators on grid. This module will stop Hot Dropping maneuvers when deployed. Of course that module should stop the BO from moving or cloaking.

Just wanted to add some details. Fitting a Covert Ops cloaking means you dont need anymore to boost sensor buff when fitted as it has no penalty. so point 9 and 2 are somewhat one point..
