Basically, Interceptors are for tackling. They're T2, but small, so they're not too expensive to lose either. Try them, they're built for the job.

One member accepts the mission, the entire gang goes to do it. When the gang-members are in the same system as the mission-taker, they can split rewards/LP/standing increases.
