Yeah that's what I was thinking... the passive shield tank setups for ratting look very tasty to me. That would be more my style, not to mention more familiar territory.

Personally I think that logistics ships should be allowed to do their thing while cloaked. That would certainly make them a more viable and useful component of a fleet.
