I don't really know much about computer games, but from what everyone has said it looks like the program is not flushing the memory when it reaches a limit and thus people are getting fps hit as they have every system /station they visited held in...

Thank god I live in the UK, where people are not sue'd every 5 seconds and the government doesn't ban me from doing what i want to do (Internet gambling) The RIAA can also not touch me.
