An EM hardener, and then as many medium extenders you can fit. If you have extra midslots get an explosive hardener, then thermal if you still have more, and then another EM if you still have more.

The lasers are weak?! I'm outdamaging my corpmate in a Raven by two to three times... IMO lasers are perfectly good as they are (although in PvP they suck because of hardeners). Know what types of hardeners I should use for guristas?
