Any sensible HAC pilot will have a hardener on to cover his weakest resist, say thermal on a zealot, explosive on a deimos, armor hardeners in both cases. If you can tank him, which is unlikely, and are damaging him, he'll still be faster and more...

yeah, named NPC's, 3m-9M bounty battleships, blood raiders and sansha usually have 2 normal battleships in support along with 4-6 tackling frigs. There are cruiser officers aswell, but I imagine you could deal with those.

Don't take on a caldari or gallente AF which will be well tanked vs your damage types, but if you can get in close safely, you should bring down a wolf or enyo because they're likely to have ranged weapons on. If you take a direct approach to them...
