I'd go with HAMs over HMLs. If you going to fly a ship that can permaburn at 650m/s+ and that has velocity bonuses for missiles, you might as well take advantage of the extra DPS of HAMs. Plus its more fun.

My mission alt has been grinding faction and installing jumpclones near multiple L4 agents, and then fitting separate mission ships at those stations. I do PvE to gain ISK for PvP. Incursions don't really fit into my game-plan.
