The swarm is an entity capable of (mono)culturally colonizing weak-minded external organizations. As a result its influence goes further than the alliance tag.

Fortunately the effect of swarm assimilation/brainwashing is very obvious and the observant commentator can immediately dismiss the attempts of exiled or camoflaged goons in external organizations to pass as sovereign individuals.

This facet's question due to its source is compromised by submissive group-think but has a wider purpose beyond its intention.

So,
