"We handle each case individually and I am sorry but we are not able to reimburse you because the server logs do not support your claim for reimbursement. lucky i only lost 30mill isk in implants and ships purchased after DT...iskies also gone according to wallet journal

A PLEX I bought after DT, which the game wouldn't let me apply at the time, is missing along with the isk I used to buy it. My account expires today, I filled out a petition but with all the issues people are having I have a feeling they won't get to me and my account will expire

Crash, Boom , Bang....
Cannot do Reverse/invention in my Corp POS. "Too complicated" message apeared even I have 5 slot to reach the skill limit.
Lost all the invention/Reversing/making jobs that finished after the Crash. BPCs/BPOs included. Never seen this before.
Seems that the Server is running in some sort of "safe mode". Seems that the database is broken. I hope they have a backup :)

I keep telling CCP look guys I know that the cheap IT guys who know nothing are good for your monthly salary bill but look at what they're causing...
CCP CLEARLY don't give a damn in the world about its customers really and we ARE customers. Its probably the single worst work ethic I've ever seen? I've seen more hussle in a Mcdonalds fast food place.
Not that they at all care but its a fact that every single person who has tried to login today has been LET DOWN by CCP.
Its like being hit in the nose.....blood everywhere your nose is broken clearly as its bent. The guy doing it laughs at you as he says sorry.
Thats exactly what CCPs apologies are.

Seems someone changed the itemID reassignment code and didn't make an extensive review of the script to ensure this *DIDN'T* happen. I mean, it doesn't randomly break; it's code. Someone had to make a change that wasn't thoroughly tested.

Well, as it is, this database issue is interfering with my in-game plans. And having the problems sustained due to this issue resolved seems to likely last longer than I am prepared to wait for the night (which is understandable, since it's likely affecting thousands upon thousands of players).
However, perhaps this time (for once) you should consider compensating those who cannot do in EVE what they would be able to had your database not become corrupted with some extra gametime for the duration between the downtime until you are able to resolve the issue.
In my case it's only affecting my personal gameplans, but I imagine for those fueling towers/etc. it may have in-game political ramifications, which seems an unintended consequence of this, and should be taken into consideration.
